Dealing with financial problems can be draining — physically, mentally, and emotionally. There’s not enough money to make ends meet… and worse, you’re getting phone calls from creditors day and night, wanting to know when you’re going to pay them the money you don’t have! The longer it goes on, the worse you’re bound to feel. Sooner or later, something has to change.
As a Waco bankruptcy lawyer and a Killeen bankruptcy lawyer, I’ve seen it happen over and over again. I’ve worked with hundreds of people who, just like you, couldn’t see any way out of their financial nightmares. They’re tired, stressed, and frankly, at wit’s end. Their work suffers; their families suffer; and they’d give anything for a fresh start.
Fortunately, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Business Owner
I’ve been a practicing bankruptcy lawyer for over 28 years. I spent several years working for a large lawfirm that represented creditors in bankruptcy cases, but I wanted to represent families and small businesses instead. So, about 9 years ago I left and started this firm. Since then, my practice has thrived; The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys declared me Member of the Month for March 2009.
I have offices in Waco and Killeen Texas so I can serve all of Central Texas.
My husband and I are the proud parents of three children. Our youngest, Rachel, has Down Syndrome, epilepsy, and severe asthma — although she is only 10 years old, she has been hospitalized 49 times. Because of Rachel’s experience, I understand the huge impact that illness and disability can have on a family’s finances. If you need a Waco bankruptcy lawyer or a Killeen bankruptcy lawyer who will approach your situation with understanding and compassion, give me a call — I’ll be happy to help!
