Horrible place, unprofessional staff. Everyone was confused about my paperwork, it took them like hours to figure stuff out.

Very bad service! While talking to the manger about how I was already approved through my bank. I asked about transferring my DV plate to the new car. They stated they couldn’t & another nosey sales man that wasn’t minding their own buss. Also states we couldn’t. Really after the DMV told us we could. We just had to fill out a form. Well thanks to Toyota of Killeen I have a new 2016 Toyota Camry with 10 miles! Go to Toyota they have awesome service!

Nope, nope, nope. Very painful visit to these people. Not only were we left alone for over 20 minutes to check out the car(with no keys mind you) the salesman tried to make us work our own pay off getting snippy when we didn’t have an exact amount. The manager had our car for well over an hour to do the appraisal and never even got in the car or provided numbers. If they were busy I could understand, but it was dead. It was so bad we asked for our keys just so we could high tail it outta there to escape the awkwardness and aggravation. No customer service, the salesman sucked, and I would rather slam my hand in their beautiful car door than go back here.

This dealership continues to do the right things. We had a pleasant surprise when we received a package from Automax. It turns out that they found the extra key to our car and sent it in. They saved us about $ 350 from having to buy a second key FOB. Thanks again!

On February 09, 2015, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Camaro from automax. I was told that the vehicle would be ready on the12th of February. On that day I called and spoke with Anna she stated the vehicle was not ready and they would have it ready on the 18th of February, On that day, I was told that it was still not ready, but it would be ready on the 20th of February. At this point I spoke with a manager by the name of Jesse who told me that they were working on getting it completed and they would call the next day to let me know the time to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, Jesse never returned my call so on Monday the 23rd of February, I called and spoke with Jesse concerning my vehicle and I was told that it would be ready soon. Finally on the 25th of February I was able to pick of my vehicle after being mislead. Jesse promised me that I would be accommodated. Jesse never accommodated me so I spoke with a someone higher by the name of Phil who was not able to accommodate me neither after weeks of getting no where with Phil he finally provided me with the GM name which is Ben Bennett who has not followed up with me yet in regards to my issue. I received my plates and tag for the vehicle by mail today in which I was given the expectations that once they arrive they would call me and have them put on the vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated as a customer. I was misinformed on more then one occasion and I’m still waiting for my issue to be rectified.
