Brought my dad here after he was fed up with the other AT&T in town not being able to troubleshoot his phone. This location was able to quickly conclude that his phone was defective and instead of telling him to just call a 1 – 800 number for replacement, they took care of it in-house and sent it off themselves. Wow, imagine that(I’m looking at you — AT&T on Stan Schlueter). (#2)

There is a store in Harker Heights where I live but I would rather go to the Killeen store where the service is better and the employees are more professional and knowledgeable.

My husband had me move our mobile phone service to AT&T while he was deployed. When I created the account, I thought all was well. The staff was friendly, and seemed informative… and it appeared as though we had gotten everything we were looking for. I made a point to ask about the discount they offer members of the military, and they claimed it wouldn’t be a problem. All we would have to do is confirm his AKO e-mail account and we would receive our discount. HOWEVER… it has come to my attention that it was all lies. We did not get our military discount. I called and asked, and was then informed that we would have to wait until my husband returned from Iraq and went in to a store to get it… when we finally were able to do so he signed the form and we thought all was well… until we got our bill. Apparently, they are charging what they call a «sponsorship fee» to enroll us in the military discount program… a $ 36 fee… PERLINE. I Googled this fee, which had no explanation on our bill and found that they also restarted our contract. These are important things that they really should have told us at the time. If I had any clue that they were charging us to enter this program or that they were going to restart our contract… I would NOT have gone through with it. Maybe I expect more from a company because my parents have their own business… but as far as I am concerned AT&T has FAILED. As soon as I find a way out of this contract, I’m out… and taking my business elsewhere.
