Customers beware: this business has the same address and phone number as Sawz N Ladderz so I suspect these two are under the same owner. The Best Business Bureau is in process of suspending Sawz N Ladderz’s accreditation and lowering its rating due to multiple complaints!
From my experience this business is a scam! Basically the owner, Harold just took my deposit and key to the house and never performed the work he was paid to do..
Over 3 months ago I hired Harold, the owner of Sawz N Ladderz, to paint the interior of my house. He gave me a quote and agreed to start painting as soon as I paid the deposit, which was half of the total charge. After he picked up the key to the house and cashed the deposit check, he never showed up to do the job. First he would answer his phone and told me he took another more profitable job. After promising me that he would start the very next day many times, he final stopped answering my calls.
So I filed a complaint through the Best Business Bureau in TX and requested a refund of my deposit and the key to my house back. At first he told BBB that he would process the refund. After 2 months with no refund, he stopped responding to BBB. So now the Best Business Bureau is in process of suspending this business’
accreditation.
After paying Sawz N Ladderz over $ 600 for nothing and wasting so much time, I had to hired someone else to do the job and have the house rekeyed. I just started consulting an attorney for legal action against this untrustworthy business.
