I live in Lindale and bring my 2013 Focus here because of the service department. Kim has always been helpful and informative and pretty funny too. When you have an issue with your car, you always want a dependable repair and someone you trust. I highly recommend these guys for all of your vehicle repairs.

Kilgore Ford. Hmmmm.
Had a battery issue. The truck just died. Towed in. The Service Consultant, Kimberly Griffin, was professional and listened attentively. The service department went to work on it immediately and she called me 2 hours later. Battery was replaced under warranty. I had another issue with the 3rd brake light, it leaked during the last storm front. KF did not have the replacement and I had to give up my truck for another day.
Cashing out was not a big deal with the SC involved along with the warranty adminstrator taking care of it. I was out in 10 minutes.
Would I buy a truck there? Doubt it. Auto’s in this area are much higher than in Dallas. But the service, regardless of where you make your purchase has always been good here.
