Power Up Comedy hosts a weekly open mic at Stella Blue’s in Kihei every Tuesday night. The sign up is promptly at 8:30, with the show starting at 9PM. The First hour is 5 min open mic sets and the 2^nd hour is three longer professional sets. Although there is no cover charge on Tuesday nights we recommend at 2 drink minimum to thank our hosts for supporting local comedy.

Power Up Comedy also hosts monthly professional shows also at Stella Blues in Kihei. This month, on July 21^st is «The He & She Show» A Live Stand Up Comedy date night presented by Power Up Comedy. $ 10 in advance online or $ 15 at the door. Check out PowerUp​Com​edy​.com for more info.

Established in 2011.

Power Up Comedy is a group of comedians and entertainers, that have joined forces to create a power house of comedy on the island of Maui.

They are a multi-​faceted group of entertainers and can provide comedians or hosts for many different events. A few examples include: corporate events, family friendly shows, adult themed comedy at clubs, and college events. Power Up Comedy’s members have partnerships with many different comedians and other entertainers (such as magicians, magic related comedy, musical entertainment and improv groups) on the island of Maui.

Power Up Comedy can also recommend comedians in Hawaii; on the islands of Oahu, Big Island and Kauai. We take into account the requirements of your comedy, entertainment or hosting event, and have many different types of comedians and other entertainers to fit your needs.
