If you live in the quiet town of Keyser, Clancy’s is the place to go, so I’ve heard. We stopped in for a meal on our way home from WV for a meal and Nerium meeting, and despite my prior assumptions, our meal was actually pretty decent. The design and appearance of the restaurant is your typical, small town pub-nothing fancy. We ordered a variety of things: French Onion Soup-not the best Fries-burnt and sort of bland, but ketchup can fix that Garden Salad with grilled chicken-a great portion for a cheap price. The pickled or grilled veggies on top were absolutely delicious! GRILLEDVEGETABLE QUESADILLAS-the highlight of my meal. The same grilled veggies that topped the salad were found in these tasty quesadillas and I was quite content. The food here is not superior, but for the low price of $ 20 dollars that we paid for everything, it was definitely better than anything else you could get for that price.

I use to love this place, but for some reason it went down hill at a fast rate. All the good bartenders left or got fired. The ones that the have now are cute but can’t mix a drink nor run a bar with out tripping over there feet. As for the food it don’t pay to wait and hour for $ 1.04 wings. When I say 1.04 that’s a piece. They are not that good. Now to continue, I fully understand having a Dj or a band. But don’t think you should have one every Friday and Saturday. A $ 10 to $ 15 charge to try to drink some drinks is a little sad. I almost never put in bad reviews but I felt this is a must. I’m hoping they fix there problem. I really miss going there.
