Very creative specials — my son just had a waffle breakfast sandwich which looked so good.
My favorite is Leonora’s omelet with rice and beans instead of homefries. And every once in a while I will indulge and add a waffle.
Coffee is good too :)

Love this place! Lenora is on the floor taking care of her guests and she is a sweetheart! The food is fresh and vibrant. Go for yourself.

Decided to stop by and very happy we did. Nice menu. A lot of Mexican inspired items. I was very happy with my choice. Chilaqulis (sp) were delicious, fresh and the only change I would make is, I’d order chorizo with it next time. Hubby had a mess of food. And enjoyed it all. He had the norm. Eggs, sausage, French toast.
Staff, very attentive and friendly. Seems the place to be. Crowded with what seemed to be, happy customers.
We’ll be back.

Adding jalapeños to the breakfast quesadilla was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in the morning before coffee. I suggest you try it!

Great place – Great service – Great food. I really enjoy the Ranchero Eggs with a cup of black coffee. Husband always orders the Eggs Benedict, but I have tried a few different things and have been happy every time. We went for a late lunch/​early dinner today, delicious as usual and then ordered a slice of chocolate cake and coconut cake to go, so glad we did; delicious.

Went to Lenora’s for lunch. Haven’t been there for about 2 years, before they did the renovations. It looks great, really good food, with excellent service and solid prices. So great to hear how the local business are striving in the smaller communities. Nicely done!

A new favorite spot, thank you Unilocal for helping me find a breakfast, lunch, and dinner place. They have counter service and tables/​chairs, TVs around in a warmly and brightly decorated place. Service was friendly, polite, attentive… food was AWESOME. Prices are reasonable, but can get expensive when you start ordering more than one thing because everything sounds delicious. Coffee is Lacas… I don’t know it but it was also delicious :)

This is one of my go to spots. The Service is great and the food is even better. The waffles are my go too every time. But don’t just look at that. the omelettes and the rest of the menu are just as delicious.

Tiny secret of Keyport! A little place that has a great selection of delicious breakfast and lunches. They also have dinner on several nights of the week which is BYOB. You can choose from the basic breakfast or lunch menu or get inspired by their Mexican style dishes. Everything is made fresh. I love the guacamole and chips, however it does have cilantro and I’m not a fan of that herb. Been here over a dozen times since we discovered this little place and have never been disappointed. Thank you Lenora you are doing a great job!
We usually eat breakfast or lunch here but tonight had a fantastic dinner. My husband and I had homemade empanadas with green sauce. Wow what a delicious meal!

Lenore is a sweetheart and her staff are wonderful. The younger ones are especially nice and respectful, which is so rare in the times we live in. The ambiance is good and the storefront is a benefit to Keyport.
The food is fresh and good. The variety is just right and the specials are genuine specials, where they offer something new regularly.
I just wish she’d bring back her cream-​cheese-​stuffed french toast!
The only negative we have is that the teapots are lined with plastic and that we’d prefer the chocolate chips cookies to be more like Toll House rather than the type with small chips and a cakier batter.
But it’s our go-​to breakfast place and makes Keyport a better place to live!

Very good local breakfast and lunch option. Food was fresh, served quickly, very attentive service. Waitress checked on me several times making sure everything was good and to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend

What a surprise hit!!! This is the second consecutive weekend of eating dinner here. Lenora and her brother are the nicest people around. They make one feels so welcome and so accommodating. Last weekend I had steak fajitas that came out of the kitchen sizzling hot. Tonight I had fish and chips which were crunchy and the four pieces were pretty sizable in size. My wife decided on breakfast which is available all day. Parking is plenty in the free municipal lot in the rear.

Time after time Lenora’s has delivered delicious food to the table. The tuscany and California omelettes are my go-​to menu choice. I highly suggest the quesadillas and don’t be afraid to try a special. The coffee is always on point and the staff is very generous on filling your cup up. If you like orange juice, order a large cup because you WILL guzzle it down! At Lenora’s you are greeted with a smile but you will leave with an even bigger one!

One of the first times I went here I got one of the specials and it was a mexican breakfast dish that completely rocked my world. I believe it was ranchero eggs with chorizo or something similar to it and it was absolutely delicious. I only ate one of the two they gave me and the second one reheated deliciously at home as well.
The last time I went the chillaquilas and eggs were okay. Too runny for me especially after ordering the eggs over medium, but will still definitely come back! (Also it didn’t come with fruit or homefries like the menu stated but I wasn’t famished so I let it go.)
My date got the breakfast burrito and that looked amazing, and yes I did try it and yes I will be back to eat one in its entirety by myself with no shame
Coffee is great, service is ooookay. Servers never seem happy but not necessarily rude, so my opinion on them is neutral.

This review is from an obnoxious couple that was sitting next to John K. Of course you had a great service because you were greeted right away. You did not know that I had to watch other people get greeted before me. I literally stood in front of the restaurant for at least 5 mins while my husband was parking the car and the employees were looking at me like there was something wrong with my face. Oh, and there were two other parties that got there after us were seated before us. We finally got seated, no menus! Another couple got seated right after us got their menus right away. We had to ask the table that just got done ordering for the menus. We choose to move to sit at the counter and the gentleman which appeared to be the floor manager finally came and take our order. He was the one that sat other people before us and also gave the menus to the other party that sat right after us.
I really hate to make this a race issue. I am an Asian American and often get mistaken for Hispanic. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in restaurant that is owned and run by minorities. This restaurant is located in a part of town that is heavily populated by Hispanics. However, I was the only customer there that was not Caucasian. The manager acted like he didn’t want to have anything to do with us. He offered to pick our check after my husband said something to him (btw my husband is Caucasian). We declined his offer because it’s a matter of principle. A free meal is not going to make it better.
My advice to the proprietor to this place is, just because your restaurant employees are mainly minorities, that doesn’t mean it’s okay not to provide exceptional service to other minorities. My husband and I had a better service in a restaurant that located in Louisiana Bayou where the majority of the population are Caucasian. The owner sat with us and had a great meal with us! This place really disappointed us. We went there to support local business and hope that we could patron there more often. Instead, you made us feel like outcasts.

First lemme start by saying I’ve never been so compelled to write a review about any establishment. The food was great the service was great and I think if you’re going to come into a morning joint early expect delays. I for one am very patient and know what a hard job it is to work in he service industry. I have my Sunday face on when I come at peak hours and expect great food because it’s constantly being made and not hanging around. The service was exceptional, I knew what I wanted and placed my order quickly. The food came out in a timely manner and the chillaquilas and eggs were delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Lenora’s to friends family and any one else local.
P. S. I was compelled to write especially today since there was a very obnoxious couple sitting next to me at the counter waiting on their food. I sat directly after them and placed my order immediately and my order came out first while they were still deciding (this is where patience is a virtue). If my order goes to the chef first then my order comes out first, that’s how it works. The man next to me upon receiving his food exclaimed, «this is the worst F’ing service I’ve ever had and I’m going to review you on Unilocal «. Learn to behave people and play nice in your community. I’m sure he would never talk to anyone that way on the street without immediately getting socked in the face! I quickly rebutted the man’s outburst by explaining to the now in shock server that I’ll be giving them a 5 star review.

I went to the Keyport Antique Festival and came here for lunch. My friend had heard such good things about it so we decided to give it a try. My parents came to lunch with us as well. Atmosphere is pretty cozy and staff was super nice. The girls were on top of everything and a guy kept refilling our water.
The menu is pretty big and they serve breakfast all day as well. There was so much to choose from and being super hungry it was hard to make a decision. I, along with my friend and mom, ended up getting a meal on the specials called chilaquiles and chicken. I don’t really know what I was expecting but it wasn’t what I expected. Lol. It was really good though and a decent size, enough to fill me but not make me stuffed. The specials also come with your choice of soup or dessert. My friend and I got the chicken and rice soup but it wasn’t all that wonderful. It was filled with lots of rice and kinda salty for me. I’m also not one for salt though. With my moms meal she got the dessert which was only flan. She enjoyed it but I’m not a fan of the texture of flan. Wasn’t a fan. As for my dad he got the Reuben and he really enjoyed it as well.
I would definitely go here again and try out other items on the menu especially breakfast items!

Nice environment and good food! Went to jersey for a business trip. To be honest, not very excited about this place. But this restaurant is a gem in the stone. Very authentic Mexican breakfast.
