Chris is great, friendly and accommodating. The process of renting the bike — from reserving to picking up to dropping off — was hassle-​free. The bike was in good condition and easy to ride. Plus, his prices are a bit lower than the competition’s.
Minor quibble: no headlight or taillight on the bike. I should have asked about that when I got the bike but it was sunny at the time so I didn’t notice.

I called to reserve bikes from Houston while I would be in key west for vacation. Extremely nice to speak with. Didn’t know how long I would be keeping the bikes. No worries they said we are laid back. When I got here bikes were delivered to my doorstep. I even lost my wallet at one point and the Wecycle (chris) people were the ones to get it back to me and make sure I had it. In fact they dropped it off at my doorstep! How is that for service. Wecycle is the absolute only place I will rent from! Thanks guys.

Loved the «We Cycle» experience. They delivered bikes to our condo rental and picked them up for free! They also provided free helmets and bike locks which was so nice. The young man who dropped off the bikes was very informative regarding bike trails and info. re: the bike itself. He also mentioned they would repair any flats or help with bike issues we might encounter. Needless to say, we spent a wonderful two days using the bikes without a hitch. Renting these bikes was by far the best bargain during our four day stay in Key West.

Just spent 28 days in Key West and rented several bikes and trikes from these guys. They were amazing. Prompt delivery and service. They even came out several times because we had people come in for short stays who rented as well. These guys are top notch! They deliver (w/​in the hour) and pick up when you’re finished with your rental. If I’m ever back in the Keys I will definitely hook up with We Cycle again for my rental!

We got bikes Monday-​Saturday for our visit to Key West. We had our inn reserve them and have them delivered for us. They arrived promptly (within 30 minutes or so of us arriving at the inn), and we kept them for the entirety of our stay. They were ABSOLUTELY the way to get around: nothing on the island is more than a 10 or so minute ride away, and there’s always somewhere to park. Driving is for suckers in KW.
Our bikes came with baskets, lights, and locks. They were in perfectly lovely condition, although I don’t know from bikes so I wouldn’t have known if it weren’t in perfectly lovely condition, frankly. They went when we peddled and stopped when we backpedaled. Really all you can ask for.

Best price, free delivery/​pick up, fully equipped bike with helmet, lock, basket, and head/​tail light. Bob took care of everything. We got back to our hotel from a snorkel trip to find 4 bikes waiting for us. We rode for a couple of days and then left the keys at the front desk when we checked out — no problem. Easy, convenient and nice to do business with a small local business.

I recently made my first visit to Key West and decided to explore on 2 wheels rather than rent a car. I heard parking was a hassle in the popular areas so why not avoid the hassle and get some exercise? Reserving a bike online was easy — I was able to choose a model to fit me (6′ 200#) and even have them deliver the bike to my hotel. Upon my arrival, the bike was waiting for me. Everything worked properly. All I had to do was adjust the seat and I was ready to ride. Upon departure, I simply left the bike locked up at the hotel and We Cycle took care of the rest.
It couldn’t have been easier or more efficient — and I’ll definitely do business with them again next time I’m in town.

A friend and I ended up staying at a place about 15 minute drive from Key West. Needed a way to get in and out of the city without driving, as parking is a pain in Key West, and we happened to come across We Cycle!
The bike rentals are inexpensive (10 dollars for 24 hours). The bikes are overall in great shape. Chris is very friendly and nice, and he really took his time to make sure we are safe and comfortable with our bikes. He was very accomodating, allowing us to drop off our bikes when we wanted even though the store was not open at this hour. He went through scenic routes for our bike ride with us, and it really made our trip. Great way to get around, and fantastic staff. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We rented cross trainers so we could bike a bit further than is comfortable on Cruisers. The bikes were in great shape, the gears and brakes worked well and the saddles were comfortable. They had a flashing led on the back for night riding. The bikes were delivered to our B&B while we were out on a boat trip.
The only thing I would have liked is a small basket. There is a rack on the back but we had no way to bungee anything on it. But all it is the only way to see KW IMHO.

Left us a voicemail which I picked up when we landed. Asked what time we wanted the bikes delivered and they were right on time. rode the bike to the shop to thank them personally. Mountain bike was super and so was the cruiser. Chris please stop at Newington Bike when you are in the Northeast.

I agree with other Unilocalers, AMAZING service. From what I saw they had the lowest prices too. Our bikes were an awesome touch to our stay in key west. Super bike friendly town… Highly recommend renting them if your going to stay in key west and definitely rent from this company… You won’t be disappointed. They dropped off and picked up for us, so we were totally worry free.

Excellent service and good rates
It is wonderful to call and get to a live person quickly. As others have written, they are flexible and accommodating. I needed my bike at 9.00 on the first day and they were nice enough to drop off the bike the evening before the reservation started. The first bike had problems and We Cycle came by with a replacement bike within minutes.
Very relaxed about returning the bike too: ‘Just leave the key with the hotel concierge’.
