This complex is a fantastic place to live in Key West. It’s affordable, but still fairly convenient. The bus stop is immediately off the property and the airport is only about a mile away. While the property is in Key West, it is in a quieter section of the island, so while you still have access to the party scene of the town, you can easily escape into your own relaxing home. The rules may seem strict but they really aren’t bad at all. They all make common sense and they truly help make the complex a safer and nicer place to live.

As far as condos/​apartments go in key west, you can’t beat this place. Home owners assosiation is pretty strict, but what HOA isn’t. Parking is not bad, but that might have to do with the fact that the chairman of the HOA also owns the local towing company. conflict of intrest? I got in at a good price compared to a couple buddies at ocean walk, and I have an in house washer dryer. They do a lot of up keep on the whole site too.
