This place has it all: great facilities, nice people, and lots of action. The manatees even come by! There are clean, private showers and bathrooms for boaters as well as laundry, wifi, and bikes (for no extra charge). The gas is conveniently located at the end of the dock. The place is super dog-​friendly, as is the entire town of Key West. There is also plenty of action at the pool, complete with restaurant (Danté’s), tiki bars, and DJ. It’s also conveniently located in walking distance to everything — shops, restaurant, bars, historical sites. We’ll be back! Oh, and Dylan and Mitchell were especially nice and helpful. I saw another review that said that there was some anti-​northern sentiment? I’m from NY (NEEEEW YORK CITY!!!) and I didn’t notice any bias.

It’s too bad that the staff is rude and ignorant; they ruin what would be a very nice Marina and location. They act as if they are doing you a favor by renting to you and hate «northerners» of which I was called.
The only way to get the current unpleasant management fired, I would assume, is to deflate their business to the point where the ownership notices. So I recommend just that and not to patronize Conch Harbor Marina. I have never dealt with a less intelligent and entitled group of people in my life.
