Wow! I mean wow! The reviews were spot on with this gem. We met David, the owner, and I got lucky to have my very first flotation therapy experience. David is an amazing coach. I have tried a number of times to meditate but could never focus due to brain constantly changing thoughts. David walked me through the entire process for getting ready prior to getting into the flotation session, during the session (how to let thoughts go so that I could get to that meditative state) and what to do post session. I cannot truly put into words how wonderful the session was but will say that I’m ready for my next session back in my home state. I was the most relaxed I’ve ever been and I’ve had many, many massages. My skin was an amazing positive side effect of the epson salt and my wife even commented about what a glow my skin had afterwards. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how relaxed I felt after this amazing session. I credit David for the prep info and establishing such good energy.

Stumbled across this place during vacation to key largo. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and embracing. My mother pulled a muscle in her back and needed massage therapy. Cheri was so good and healing that she went back for a second massage before we left the island.
I did the salt float. It is certainly an experience.
This place is so beautiful and warm, I’ve gone by there each day to do meditation or to just relax.

Great surprise on our trip to Key Largo! Staff was professional and attentive. I have had a lot of massages and this place has the best by far. Loved the set up. If you are looking for serenity and relaxation this is your place. We will return!
