Former Vice Chairman of Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts (previously

named Six Continents Hotels during his tenure).

With world-​famous brands such as Inter-​Continental Hotels and Resorts,

Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and

Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn, Inter-​Continental Hotels Group is one of

the world’s leading global hotel groups. It owns, operates or franchises

more than 3,000 hotels and hosts more than 150 million guests a year in

close to 100 countries.

Born in Leicestershire, England and graduated from Hinckley College.

Craig is a Certified Hotel Administrator, a graduate of the North American

School of Travel and a US Coast Guard licensed boat Captain.

Joined Holiday Corporation in 1971 as a management trainee and rose

through the ranks to become President of Holiday Inn Hotels, having full

responsibility for operations, development and marketing of over one

hundred 150 owned and 3,000 franchised hotels world-​wide.
