Troy and his crew did a very nice job of helping us clear out too much plant life and replacing it with attractive low maintenance plants. The result is a great improvement. He also coordinated all this with us from afar. We were out of town when the work was being done, yet he sent photos so we could see progress. He also met the budget set. The reason I didn’t put 4 – 5 stars is that the «hand off» of maintenance with our ongoing gardener was not handled well. We were promised a «walk through» with our gardener to alert him to proper care. It never happened. Further, our first water bill – with far fewer plants – was triple previous months. Again, this may be a start-​up spike in watering which should have been discussed with our gardener. Instead, we contacted him to cut back the watering, though I still suspect it is too much, especially with the cooler winter coming on. I emailed Troy – again, generally a good guy – but got zero response. So, overall it was a good job with some poor follow up at the end.
