So it seems like customer service is the biggest issue with this shop. When I walked in asking about high and bicycles in the price range of six to $ 10,000 I felt that Juan was super opinionated and spoke in a way as though he was the god of cycling in other words a condescending tone. You can just tell when somebody doesn’t want to be talking to you and may pass on information but they do it with a poor attitude as it was hurting them every moment they’re talking to you, No poise, very little to like about the approach I was given I will not be coming back and I will buy my next bike elsewhere of course.
