This is by far the worst experience I’ve had buying online ever! I bought 4 bags from her and returned 3. She claimed I did not meet the refund policy on the 3^rd bag, but to this day kept the bag and did not refund my money either. She told me to send back what I had mistaken kept with the 4^th bag that I kept so she can refund me the money and send me back what should belong to the 4^th bag (that I had originally sent to her). She has now in he mr possession, the 3^rd purse, both of the 3^rd and 4^th lock and key and scarves and would not either send them back to me nor refund my money: Her return policy said that they will return the merchandise to the buyer of they feel that the return goods does not meet their policy. She is a thief and a fraud. I also have email of her saying that she will not contribute 10% of the sales to the abused woman charity as stated on her website. She claimed that she did not make a profit out of my sales. Not sure why, since I did keep the 4^th bag, so at least she should have contributed the 10% towards that bag.
I bought the Beachkin bags from her which bags made from china, which she over priced them. At first I thought it’s ok, at least some of it goes to a good charity. But now, I feel like I’ve been robbed by her.
Please be aware of this merchant. She is not a reputable merchant. She acts really nice when you order, but becomes a totally different person when you try to return something. She will keep your money and the the stuff you return back to her.
