Martin Kane is a criminal lawyer practicing in Queens County, NY for more than 40 years. Many of his thousands of cases have been referred by other attorneys who appreciate his experience as a Queens criminal lawyer and consider him the best criminal lawyer in Queens. He has tried more than 300 cases to verdict, many of them high profile cases. He is well known for successfully representing people charged with handgun possession at JFK and LGA airports, as well as domestic violence and DWI defendants. He has tried twelve murder cases with only one conviction for murder and that case was reversed on appeal. He has successfully represented many defendants charged with Rape, Sexual Abuse, and other sex-​related charges, along with just about any criminal charge on the books.
