Under 1 Roof Construction was founded by a journeyman carpenter (Zac) and electrician (Rick). For years they followed exterior subcontractors (Roofers, Siding and Gutter installers) to commence electrical and finish carpentry work. They noticed that on a routine basis the exterior contractors fell below the expectations of the home owner. They decided to take their systematic approach to delivering quality craftsmanship on every job and apply it to exterior installations. U1RC mainly worked as a subcontractor for two years until the word of mouth spread to the community. By 2009 U1RC was simply too busy working direct with home owners that they could no longer work for general contractors. We save our customers money by allowing them to buy direct from certified installers with the intention of building customers for life.
