Jeremy K.
Manager
As a Service Manager with Merchant Payment Services, Jeremy brings to the table a strong customer service background and a determined «can do» attitude. After serving in the United States Marine Corp and working in his family’s business for almost a decade, Jeremy understands the importance of providing a top notch quality of service second to none. His time in the military taught him to be the best at whatever he does, to be dependable, to strive for excellence, and to respect others as well as himself. While working with his family Jeremy learned that if you don’t take care of your customers properly your competitors will.
Some responsibilities at MPS include following up with prospective clients in getting all the required paperwork returned in a timely manner, handles most of the initial equipment programming, installation/setup, and merchant training. As time permits he also enjoys troubleshooting open service tickets and helps bring closure to them in a timely manner.
