A beautiful park in West Kettering. It dates back to 1907 and has been extensively renovated in the last 7 years. There are a couple of miles of wooded trails, a wonderful reflecting pond with nice benches and swings surrounding it, and a good playground on the west side of Patterson. This park was designed by the same firm that was responsible for NYC’s Central Park. It’s a real gem!

Beautiful little park. I just saw the main area with the pond and I walked down a couple paths around the first bend of so. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and quite charming. There is a nice bathroom facility, nice chairs along the pond, trash cans and a recycling bin, and even a waterfall. Dog friendly! No fishing or swimming in the pond but I saw a few perch, a frog, and crawl daddy, and a koi fish. And not one piece of litter.
