We love this store! Great customer service here, nice hometown feel. We live nearby and walk over at least a few times per week to get fresh locally grown produce. The smoothie bar is worth a visit also. The store itself has been very clean every time I’ve been in, and each employee I’ve seen has been friendly, polite, and helpful.

Next generation produce is a great stop if you are traveling down I-10. We stopped here on the way to Arizona and it was such a breath of fresh air finding a healthy option. This place is close to the highway and easy to find. I had a Colby juice and added some greens for extra nutrition. I was told all of there juices and smoothies were customizable since they make them to order. My family had the Avery and blue cashew. Everything was tasted great! We plan on stopping on the way back.

Hidden gem. We were passing through on our road trip and saw that they had smoothies and fresh pressed juices, so we decided to pull off the highway and give it a try. I’m glad we did! The owners were so helpful and friendly and their recommendations were spot on. I got a green smoothie(actually red in color) and my husband got an all fruit smoothie(but she snuck in a little beat juice for color!). I’d recommend this adorable shop to anyone looking for some healthy and affordable options!

Next Generation Produce(NGP) is an awesome local food option for Kerrvillians and Hill Country residents! This mom-and-pop shop does a fine job of filling a gap in the local food market, boasts a great variety of organics at excellent prices and seems to have a general enthusiasm and trend toward moving forward and growing the variety of offerings. The owners and staff are so nice and as helpful as can be. I love the juice bar where they have a nice variety of healthful options. Every time I’m in the store, I notice more different dry-goods on the shelves, as well. This is probably because the owners are so receptive to hearing what the customers want and making it available for them. I am not a meat eater, but I do appreciate that the owners raise their own animals and sell their grass-fed beef and other products out of the store. These guys also set up a kitchen at our favorite local festival and did a stand-up job of feeding hungry fest-goers everything from breakfast tacos to baked veggies, young coconut to burgers… I heard nothing but good. I’ve also noticed cool items such as hand made soaps and crafts on the shelves. Fire wood out front at a good price. And, it’s beyond charming to walk into a business and see the family’s children jumping right in to help! A+++++++++ and cheers for NGP!!!
