Nice hotel. Clean and neat. The staff was helpful and curteous. Breakfast area is good, well stocked, and good food. Only complaint is poor, weak WiFi in our room 226.

Clean. Wonderful staff — friendly and helpful. Great breakfast — and again extremely accommodating staff. Highly recommend. I would stay there again

This was a clean hotel right on the main strip of Kerrville which did its purpose for us. It is at the north end of Kerrville so if you Fredricksburg hotels are sold out, this is a good option. It is walking distance to Cracker Barrel and an HEB is a short drive away. The only area of improvement could have been the breakfast. The offerings were not as good of quality as I have seen at other Hamptons. Other than that, the room was nice for the price, the fitness center was clean, and the staff friendly. There was a mini fridge in every room which was nice to have.

At 1:00 in the morning today, I felt something bite me. When I turned the light on we saw several bugs in the bed. I had never seen bedbugs before, and it was disgusting the way they swarmed. They seemed to come from behind the headboard. When I crushed them, they were full of blood. We killed at least 17 of them. They were in both beds. And when I lifted up the sheet to look for more bugs, we saw a a huge urine stain on the mattress! The hotel offered us a smoking room. The other option was to stay at the Days Inn, the motel down the street, which we didn’t want to do. We were offered bug spray(for us to spray), but decided to leave(at 2:30 a.m. by the time we got out of there). We had two rooms, but they wouldn’t refund our second room because we didn’t find bedbugs there. So, we had to split into two different hotels, and pay for our new room! They don’t seem motivated to address the infestation. It was a very unsettling experience, especially for our young daughter. I can’t believe the Hampton Inn chain would tolerate this.

Run of the mill hampton. Clean rooms, mediocre breakfast, good staff. No problems or complaints about this. If you’ve stayed at one hampton, you’ve probably stayed at them all.

This recently remodeled hotel is a restful and quiet spot very close to I-10. The check in process was quick and effective. The rooms are generously sized with clean and comfortable furnishings. The bed was a bit hard fir my tastes, would prefer a pillow top or topper but it was certainly fine. Flat panel TV, solid wireless internet and a fairly good breakfast.

I had been staying at the La Quinta when I head up to Kerrville once a year because it had an indoor pool. The La Quinta went from $ 79 a night to $ 99 a night. I am a big fan of the Hampton and have stayed here before. The place is really nice and very clean. My room was the 3rd floor and next to the elevator. Why on earth is every room booked on Expedia next to the elevator? It was very quiet the whole night. The beds were not very comfortable at all. I did not get a restful sleep whatsoever. The room I ended up booking had a king bed and a fold out sofa, which was great for the kids. Breakfast is a hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. The trick to the breakfast is get down there around 730 or you might be scraping what leftovers are available. I did appreciate they offered complimentary toiletries if you forgot anything. It would have been nice if they had a weight machine instead of a treadmill and a elliptical machine. They did have a wet sauna, which was nice. If you need an inexpensive place to stay in Kerrville that is good for kids, this place is it.
