Established in 2009.
Well traveled Chef Timothy A Bocholis who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, class of 1989 in Hyde Park, NY, also has worked for «4 James Beard Award winning chefs including Jose Andres, Douglas Rodriquez Bob Kinkead & Charlie Palmer. He brings a different way of eating to the triad of North Carolina. While living in Spain twice the chef grew great appreciation for the Spanish culture and especially the way they eat. Not large portions of one item but small plates of a variety of foods including seafood, healthy vegetables, meats, game & poultry also known as Tapas. Bistro B & Wine Bar offers over 70 different Tapas/Mezze to chose from on their menu from Meat, Seafood, to Vegetarian items. With a great wine list to accompany the food you will not be disappointed.

C.I.A. graduate in 1989, apprenticed in Spain, & worked in Washington D.C. for 15 plus years for fine dinning restaurants. He also worked in Miami, Santa Barbara, CA, New Mexico & Venezuela. He has 4 James Beard Award winning chefs that he has trained under and in 2004 was nominated for «Best New Restaurant» for the nation by the James Beard Foundation.
