I would give him zero, but I can’t. Benjamin may be a good leitigator & he is a great salesman, but he is a terrible business man. He’s rude, disrespectful, he’s a liar and is terrible at returning calls. He will tell you what you want to hear and delivers on nothing. I wouldn’t do business with him again if my life depended on it.

Took all my money, and left me hanging with nothing to show for it. Not to be trusted!!!

A couple of years ago, my wife was 7 months pregnant and we so wanted a place of our own.
We found a perfect little cottage that was a foreclosure and put in our offer. We were in love with the place and it was so close to my work. We put in a solid offer, sure that our offer would win. But it didn’t.
