I am a single mom of three and owner of a thriving small business. I was/​am maxed out on my time and energy. I started clinching my jaw and as a result, I got headaches. This sent me into a depression. I saw a post in a working moms group from Melissa about a free consultation. I didn’t know what to expect. Melissa is no nonsense and asks the hard questions. With her help I released a lot of the stress and have learned coping skills that have helped immensely.
After three session, I no longer clinch my jaw. My spirits are lifted and I’m enjoying life again. She suggested spacing out our sessions to see how I progressed. Who does this? Most therapists hook you into ongoing, seemingly never-​ending sessions. Melissa truly want to help you heal and get you back to living the life you were meant to live, as quickly as possible. I trust her completely and I highly recommend her!

I attended Melissa’s lecture on strong willed children and learned a lot of great tips. I also consulted with her one-​on-​one for some extra help with my strong willed daughter. She offered me support, empathy, compassion and some great tips on how to handle my child. I really appreciated her encouraging me to take care of myself so I can better handle the stress that a strong-​willed child can create. It feels good knowing I can consult her in the future when ever I need some reassurance, support and advice.
