Customer service is our top priority in keeping with the tradition of educating and serving customers.

History

Established in 2005.

The idea to open a small tea-shop in the South Seattle area came during a visit to China. Robert and Mako, the owners were gift shopping in Shanghai and came accross a small little tea-shop where they were served many samples of tea and instantly became friends with the owner. After 2 hours of sampling tea, they left with about $ 100 worth of loose leaf teas. Robert, being a native to the Seattle area, quickly realized that this was a unique experience that did not exist anywhere in the greater Seattle area. They opened a small shop in Kent and the company quickly grew.
