The staff here helped me with a horrible phone disaster. Well, it wasn’t life threatening exactly, but I’m sensitive about my cell phones. I found myself in a foolish and irresponsible shopping mood one day and I purchased an HTC Eris, commonly known as Phone of the Devil. The kind staff at the store lent a sympathetic ear as ranted about how evil the phone was, and provided alternate ways I could redeem myself without spend a boatload more money.
I came back a few days later with a beautiful iPhone from Amazon. When I went back to the store to have the phone activated, I was happily served by a young man with a degree in Ottobox technology and other accessories. I left the store with everything I could carry AND a smile on my face and just a tiny dent in my wallet. This store is never really that crowded and the service is more personal than what I get from the Verizon store in Stow.
