It’s Taco Time. Not much to say. :) I am a Unilocal nerd and have to write a review everywhere I go though. Drive thru line during lunch on Friday was pretty darn slow but after 10 minutes I was finally able to place my order and then get it 4 minutes later. The cashier apologized for the wait but no free tater tots or anything to make up for it. The chicken burrito is the bomb, and tots are better than fries at lunch. I don’t know why. I like the crushed ice at Taco Time too. Food: 3.5 Service: 3 Ambiance: NA Parking: 4

Very noisy kitchen staff. Looks like they need direction with good utilization of down times rather than standing around and talking.

In need of new management!!! Train yourself and employees about cleanliness and safety!

okay… I get it… It’s fast food, not a sit down restaurant. That being said… is it asking too much that my order be correct and warm? I wouldn’t even dream of expecting the mexi-fries to be hot and fresh… but the ones I got today were flat out cold and stale. PLEASE change your fry oil. Rubbery, cold, disgusting. Called to speak to the manager. No such luck. No one would even answer the phone. Freakishly slow customer service served with a side of bad attitude. I wont be going back.

Will never come back. Mexi-fries were stale and cold. Forgot to put my salad dressing on and was overcharged.

First time customer. My brother in law said the food was good. So we took a chance. The food was not terrible. But it was definitely less than good. The ground beef is weird. I don’t think it’s really beef. The taco salad, was almost all lettuce, and just a sprinkling of chicken, tomatoes and olives. The employees are not unfriendly, but not friendly either. You can definitely tell they don’t want to be there. Reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1? The churros. Great for fast food.

I’m not even sure this location is still open. I’ve called and no answer, also the last time I drove by it was empty and the drive through was not working mid afternoon. Sad!

This is one of the slower Taco Times. I am use to my meal arriving and they have to follow me to a table. Here I collected the straws and things, filled my drink cup and I was seated for a few minutes before it came. I had to clean my table(none of the others were clean either). Also — not sure why they can’t repair the seats — they have cuts in many of them. Other then that — it is a Taco Time. Love the Taco Burger I have been eating since the mid 1960’s. Appreciate the senior citizen discount.

I was hungry and should have followed my first mind and went and got some thai food. I live taco time but this one in kent is not it… the mexi-fries were not fresh and they shorted me on them to boot, they charged me 50 cents for the 25 cent ranch I asked the guy isn’t this only 25 cents… he told this is how we roll here… really dude? I won’t be back at this one.

Taco Time was my favorite place when I was a kid many years ago… yes many many years ago. All the time I go to Washington, I make one stop to Taco Time with my sisters. The food is good… most of the time. But the customer service at this particular TT was horrific! Personality ZERO… he just stared at us waiting for us to talk to him first. Messed up our order, and while we were at the soft drink machine asked if he could cut in front of us to get some drink because his machine behind the counter was not working. Food seemed to be just thrown on the tray.

If I could give it half a star I would. So disappointed. We stop at Taco Time in Rock Springs, WY. The staff is friendly, the food was reasonably price($ 12 for two, including drinks) and the food spectacular. This was my expectation. It couldn’t be farther from the truth. It didn’t even taste like the same restaurant. The staff… never greeted and not one smile. The price $ 23 for two including drinks, and I’m talking soft drinks. No salsa bar. I will never come back here ever again.

This is the closet Taco Time to me with a drive-thru. It fills the need when the craving strike for mexi-fries(tater tots) and crustos. I hate Taco Bell so Taco Time was my fast food Mexican choice for years(I now try to find good taco buses). Have never been inside(and probably never will) but I’ll come thru the drive thru next time I need a Taco Time fix…

I love Taco Time, just not this one. This place is a wreck and sticky. Try and find a booth without a torn seat, don’t touch the sides of the tables because they only wash the tops. Want everything you ordered? Better check twice before you leave. They forgot several things on our order(we ate there so it was just a trip up to the counter), but we saw person after person come in from the drive thru asking for stuff that was left out. Just not a great place overall, try the one on the east hill it’s much better. Oh one last thing what is up with charging for using a debit or credit card. I thought places stopped doing that in the 80’s. If it’s that much of a burden to take plastic make it cash only but don’t tack on 80 cents to your already overpriced food for someone who uses a credit or debit card. Again the east hill Taco Time doesn’t.

I grew up in SoCal, so I know a thing or two about burrito shops. This is a taco shop, and only because it rhymes with Time. Burrito Time would sound like a sequal to that classic 80s video game hit Burger Time, which I have considered opening a restaurant of such name as soon as I get over my issue with run-on sentances. This Taco Time is just like the others. I enjoyed their Gormet Chicken Burrito. They have lots of different options, but this one reminded me of what I’m used to: chicken rice beans pico de gallo cheese sour cream Now I made the mistake of forgetting to tell them to sans the crème, but overall it wasn’t bad with it. They use real cheese, and this you can taste on your first bite. More real flavored cheese than any of the others. The chicken they use is real soft, real moist and actually tastes like chicken. I paid $ 5.39 + tax for my burrito, and it almost filled me up. No chips or anything else. No salsa bar either. I’ll be back.
