Scott did a very good job and was a huge help through my first home buying experience. My wife and I called him for every home we looked at until we found one my biggest concern was the roof. He said a second opinion wouldn’t hurt, so I called a roofing company, both reports turned out the same. He also crawled under the house, checking everything, and taking lots of pictures. I definitely recommend Skyline Home inspection. 425 256 0363

Scott has been a lifesaver on numerous occasions.
In our current sellers market, when representing buyers; having the home inspected prior to making the offer, is often the different between getting the home, or losing your dream home to someone who has already approved the inspection, and doesn’t have an inspection contingency.
Scott knows homes, and is able to present the information in a calm clear manner. He takes GREAT photos, and is very helpful.
Many of my clients got into their homes, in large part because of Scott’s willingness to work with our schedule, and get us on his schedule right away. Even when we weren’t in a rush, a lot of goodwill was generated by being able to get the inspector out right away.
I couldn’t recommend Scott more.

We had a condo inspection with Scott a few weeks ago and could not be happier. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough with his job, educating us about what we can and we can’t do to the condo.
His pricing is excellent, not to mention he generously provided us with a pest inspection (on a separate occasion at the same condo) due to the Lender’s mistake.
Overall we would use Scott again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you, Scott!
