Randy Clark, CPA Inc. P.C. is a trusted business advisor to small and closely held businesses, and the individuals that run them. We provide accounting, tax and business advisory services to clients across the Puget Sound area so that they can get back to what they are good at, which is running their businesses, and in turn making money. Randy Clark has been a CPA for over 17 years, with a background that includes Big 4 accounting firm experience with Deloitte & Touché, and many years of experience as the top accountant at companies both private and public. With experience in handling mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiations, bankruptcy, corporate restructurings, and multiple accounting systems, Mr. Clark is uniquely positioned to provide your business with accounting solutions and business insights that go beyond the traditional ideas of what your accountant can do for you.

History

Established in 2012.

I spent much of my career in industry, that is working at companies that actually sold stuff other than accounting services, and where accounting was a cost center and not a profit center. I spent a lot of time collaborating directly with people outside of the finance group, such as in operations or sales, and I learned how to communicate accounting and finance info to people who didn’t breathe it and eat it like I did. That experience makes me a different kind of CPA than most of those who have spent their entire career serving clients who they may only see a couple of times a year. I take a vested interest in your business, and get caught up in the excitement and the agony of what you feel running your business. I hope that every client feels like they are more than just the next invoice to me, because I do care very much about helping them succeed and thrive in their businesses.
