Prudential Meridian Valley Realty, an independently owned and operated member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, was founded in 1974 as Meridian Valley Realty. The company became an independently owned and operated member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1985. Our agents are consistently at the top of «Per Agent Productivity» offices in South King County and are highly active within the community.

Mr. Farmer is the president and designated broker of Prudential Meridian Valley Realty. He has been a real estate investor for more than 25 years and a real estate broker for more than 10 years. He is a longstanding member of the National Association of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce for both Kent & Covington, Kiwanis International, and the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers holding the prestigious CRB designation.
