I have never dealt with a staff more incompetent. Unfortunately I am under contract but I have not been satisfied with this service since the first time I placed an order for replacement toner. Rest assured, any basic request you have WILL NEEVER be done to industry standard or basic service standard for that matter. I wish someone warned me about the whirlwind of ignorance I would sucked into while dealing with this company. Save yourself the trouble, the multiple phone calls to get small tasks completed with some level of accuracy, and the general disdain you will develop for the staff that handles general inquiries and requests.

As the Office Manager for the Seattle branch of my company, I have been a loyal and happy client of Preferred Copier Systems for over 15 years, and for good reason! Ron Cox and his adept team have bent over backwards to provide the best customer service and pricing they possibly can for our printers, scanners and copiers.
I do extensive research and price comparisons when deciding on office equipment, and Preferred Copier Systems always returns with the best quotes. PCS also continues to exceed my expectations as far as customer service, which is an invaluable trait in a vendor.
I have worked with other office equipment vendors in the past and have been extremely disappointed with most, whose business style tends to be «just sell them the equipment and get our money» with no comprehension that if you don’t provide good customer service you are going to lose me as a client.
What I appreciate most about Preferred Copier Systems is that they understand that office equipment shouldn’t take up a client’s time once a product is leased /​purchased, and it’s clear that they make every effort to ensure leasing /​purchase AND servicing is as seamless as possible. They even resolved an issue (nightmare actually) I was having with a leasing company’s inaccurate (shady) billing practices, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Preferred Copier Systems for sorting out that mess!
