My family and I have been eating here for at least 5 years. It is by far our favorite for phở. This is the best in the area, no kidding! The broth is the best we have ever had, anywhere. It’s perfectly balanced; salty, savory. Just delicious. The meat is also the best we have had. They slice it way thinner than most, and in bite sized pieces, that you can actually fit in your spoon. Other items on the menu are good too, but we usually go with the phở, it’s too good to pass up. The owner is super nice and knows her regulars by name. The staff is very attentive and service is quick. We will occasionally end up at another phở place, and always regret it in the end. If you are in the area, and are hungry for phở, don’t hesitate to stop in!

Love this place! Whenever we have an appointment at Valley Medical we have to stop in. Great Phở, Vermicelli bowls, Banh Mi! Very friendly service and good prices. This is my favorite Phở restaurant so far.

This place has very tasty food and the best Phở sandwich around. The employees and owners are super friendly and I enjoy each visit to Phở In & Out. Just writing this review I am having a «Pavlovian response» and will be calling in my lunch order shortly… I can’t wait.

This place is a pretty decent phở soup place. I had my first bam bo hui here and I’ve came back to get the same thing. I like their soup a lot and they give you a lot of meat. I also like their eggs rolls and spring rolls! Nom

Our FAV place for phở in the whole Kent/Renton area! I check in here way too often. Well now… I won’t be as I’m on a low carb diet…:(so no more phở for awhile… but when I cheat, better believe I’ll cheat will a big bowl of phở and a Banh Mi!!! There may be other phở places around that have fab broth like this place, but husband and I have not found it yet… and I think between the two of us we phở out like 5 times a week! Lol, it’s a tasty and healthy addiction. I could do worse right??? Aside from their perfect broth and meats/veggies for phở, their Banh mi is to die for. I am not quite sure what they do different here than other Banh mi places, but whatever, maybe it’s just the love in their cooking, but the baguettes is messy crispy, their pork is charred and juicy, the egg fried right, and the smear they put on it… wha??? It’s melty and buttery. The ladies here who run the place are so sweet. Anything you want, they cater. They serve hot tea before hand. And they have three different spicy sauces they leave at the table for your enjoyment. :) like the hot oil… the best! Home made hot oil that is. Just a perfect place for all your Vietnamese needs.

My daughter and I stopped in here for some phở after a soccer game. We chose this place based on positive Unilocal reviews. Maybe they had a bad night when we were there — we were not impressed. First, we walked in and a very grumpy lady barely acknowledged us and pointed to a table and dropped the menus on the table and walked off. She looked like she had been eating sour lemons. We then ordered and she didn’t write anything down, which never impresses me, rather, it makes me worried that they aren’t going to get my order right… which…wow, guess what,…she didn’t. She got my order wrong(which was simply no noodles and more salad instead). The chicken was pretty flavorless. I also asked what was in the spring rolls and she said pork. When they came out they had shrimp and pork in them which my daughter dislikes. The water was absolutely nasty(not sure if it was soap residue in the cup or if it is what water tastes like in Kent but it was gross). The interior was cute and clean. Most likely won’t be back.

Delicious meet in their bhan mi. Bread is super fresh. Nice clean quiet interior. Very relaxing. They put all the condiments on the table so you don’t have to ask for them. Half a sandwich is enough. Take the other half and eat it later. Huge piece of cucumber.

My go to Vietnamese restaurant, 108 wasn’t open on a Monday so I decided to try this place since I was in the area. Phở In and Out is a small restaurant in what looks like an industrial park and is in the very last suite in the complex. There is ample parking so that is not going to be a problem. When we walked in we were greeted by a woman who led us to a table and handed us our menus. We were talking with a friend from Vietnam and so we decided to try some things we have not tried in a while that they recommended. It’s been a while since I’ve been in Vietnam but whenever I go out to eat good Vietnamese food it takes me back. For an appetizer we had the soft rolls. I felt they had too many bean sprouts in them and not enough greens or herbs. I feel it is important to have some herbs in every bite of the rolls. The dipping sauce was good. For our entrées we ordered the Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue. I have had both before and I thought the Bun Rieu was good and it was not too sour. The tomatoes in the broth were not too overcooked and the shrimp, tofu and sliced pork were good. I liked the shredded cabbage to put in the soup along with the basil and the sprouts. the Bun Bo Hue was good too but a bit too much oil for my taste. I know a lot of people like it this way but I prefer a bit less oil. I liked the hot tea, especially because it was rainy and cold outside. I’d like to come back and try some more food at another time. I think they might be able to get another star… Thanks for the excellent service.

Stopped in to pick up my phở order I got to go and the lady at the front counter barely acknowledged my existence, was on her cell phone the entire time and gave the vibe that I was interrupting whatever she was doing. I asked if there was any Sriracha and hoisin in a to go container and she just pointed and shoo’ed me to the side table where my food was sitting. There was one very small container with a mixture of Sriracha/hoisin, not particularly enough for my liking. Otherwise great portion size and a really yummy broth nonetheless. Not impressed with the service though, especially for how short the transaction was.

Pretty good phở soup base for their house special beef noodle soup. It contained good amounts of meat and just enough noodles. We also tried their pork banh mi and the bread was toasted just perfected with warm savory pork stuffed inside with pickled daikons, carrots, cilantro, and green hot pepper. It was very yummy! We also decided to shared their trio rolls which included a shrimp salad roll, Vietnamese ham roll, and spring roll. Great for sharing amongst two people. I’ll definitely come back again!!!

Being new to the area, we were on a search for a go-to-spot for Phở. Keep in mind that there is a phở place at almost every corner, so it was either a hit or a miss. After months of searching, I’m pleased to say I have found one of the best spots for phở/Vietnamese food in all of Renton/Kent area. Broth is everything!!! It’s hits the spot and cures any hangover!!! Lol. But most importantly, the owner here is so awesome, and he is the reason why I give this place 10 stars.

My friends and I were in the area and wanted some phở/Vietnamese food. I wanted to try a new place and found this place on Unilocal. We got there around 6 on a weekday and we were the only ones there. The server was very friendly and attentive. As soon as we were ready to order, they came right over. My friends had the phở bo kho, phở and I had the broken rice dish. The bo kho was good, it had a good amount of brisket and tendon and tasty. The phở was pretty ok, nothing special. My rice dice was pretty standard as well. I’d come back if I was in the area.

When I ate here, I was absolutely shocked at how good the food was, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches. I have had a lot if Vietnamese sandwiches from other places, most if them were mediocre, but Phở In and Out has the absolute best Vietnamese sandwiches I’ve had. If you love vietnamese sandwiches, come here; they have a perfect sweet sauce on them, an egg, and it’s overall a well-balanced sandwich. This place is wonderful.

I was sitting here and debating between four and five stars, but honestly… I have no complaints. I’ve passed Phở In & Out a milion times, and have even stopped in for a taro bubble tea(which was amazing, by the way) but I’ve never gotten the chance to try their phở. The service that we received was exceptional. With the exception of House of Phở in Covington, I’ve never been to a phở place where the employees are actually cheery and try to make conversation with you. About five minutes after we ordered, our food was at the table, piping hot. The small size is a little small for my liking, but it got me to a comfortably full point. The broth is very good, and they have perfect cuts of meat. Their eggs rolls aren’t the best, but they do the job. I’m sure that I’ll be back to this location in the near future.

This is def a hidden gem! Hubby found it on #yelp. The broth was tasty! It came out nice and HOT which I love! The meat was thinly sliced and tender! The portions were perfect for me that I ate my entire bowl(which I never do). My hubby said it could of used a little more noodles in his Bun Bo Hue. The Bun Bo Hue def had great flavors! They ran out of the banana shreds which in my opinion makes the dish, but over all delicious phở and Bun Bo Hue. we will def be coming back!

This was the next stop for my Phở Adventures and phở lovers, this report is for you: Came in around 11am on a Sunday Morning and I was the first one there for that time, until a group of 6 younger guys came in, were noisy and when the food came, they were silent. I ordered a large phở tai nam and since I wanted both spring rolls and egg rolls, their spring rolls and egg roll combo appetizer came in perfectly. The waiter was really cool and polite. He is the reason why I gave this place more than a star. The phở came first; it smelt good, but don’t let it fool you! Tasted the broth, it had a little taste to it, not too cinnamon-ny, which I like, but still needed more seasoning. Yeah, it was bland! It absorbed the hoisin, lime and fish sauce that I put into it and it still needed flavor. The noodles were chewy. Some of the meat was rough, but the positive is the brisket is sliced thin and some of it was pretty good. The egg roll and spring rolls dish came. The fish sauce was good. One spring roll had shrimp and it was ok; the roll tasted home made and almost gluey meaning the rice wrap was close to getting stuck to the filling. The other spring roll had bbq pork sauce marinated onto slices of pork; that was probably the better of the two, since the bbq pork sauce gave it flavor. The egg roll was«their best thing«. It was so crispy and it melted in my mouth. Very good! Restrooms were clean. Egg rolls and customer service is good. But phở is forgettable, goes in and comes back out.
