Napa Auto Parts

The two employees that I worked with here to get the part I needed for my truck were great! The part, out of the box, had a torn up rubber piece and they worked with me to get it fixed and even gave me a few dollars off the price because I had to wait around a while for them to get my part fixed. It wasn’t their fault the part came from the factory a little damaged but they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me anyways.
Both employees were very friendly and didn’t make me feel like «some dumb girl that doesn’t know squat about vehicles». And they even opened the door for me when I left! Such Gentlemen!
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the part was a little damaged, even though they fixed it, they should still be ordering from a more reliable source so they don’t run into embarrassing issues like that again.

Dont advertise that you give military discounts and then tell me that you cant figure out how to apply it in the system. Also, when I buy a part and theres a note in the system about extracting a part to reinstall it in the new shaft… please tell me ahead of time. Otherwise Im just going to grab another beer and wonder what the heck went wrong. k thanks.
