Dr. Michael Campbell and his team have ruined the dentist game for anyone else out there. One would be hard-​pressed to find another business that creates a better capacity for greatness than this one.
Located in East Hill off of 104^th and on the first floor of the East Kent Professional Center (the Naming Convention guy had the day off), the first door on the right once you hit the hallway will lead you to what could be your final destination for most of your dental needs.
Upon entry, you’re met with a small lobby complete with the usual waiting room needs: magazines, coffee, television, seating, and dim lighting. Ok, the dim lighting is extra, but nobody has time for all that bright light. I need some relaxation before I hit «The Chair». Behind the front desk, you’ll find Shanna, a cheery and helpful administration assistant who basically is the bees knees. Has it been six months since the last time you visited the office? No worries, Shanna will remember you. Matter fact, the whole team will remember you. It’s uncanny. I think they have your picture on a wall and test each other to remember you. Anyway, Shanna will be the one who calls to remind you of your appointments and greet you when you come in. For the first line of «defense» in this office, you can’t beat Shanna.
The amount of care that the hygenists like Marnie and Yvonne and dental assistants like Jan and Jennie put into making sure you’re good to go is something amazing. I have never experienced an organization that treated their customers like family as much as these folks do. It’s that «Cheers» setting. You can tell that it’s not work to them. It’s just a daily passion.
Dr. Campbell is your favorite dentist’s favorite dentist. I mean, the man takes a team with him and does dental work annually in Nicaragua. Before I came here, I had never heard of that before. One of the first questions he will ask anyone who needs help with their teeth is, «Do you want to keep your teeth?» It sounds silly, but it’s important. He wants to make sure that you care about your health as much as he cares about your health. Graduating from the University of WA’s School of Dentistry in 1986, Dr. Michael Campbell has the years and experience that prove his worth when working with his patients. I have not trusted a dentist more than I have him and his team.
It’s a group that’s easy to work with and a group that’s willing to ensure that you walk away knowing that there is a plan for your dental future and a confidence you can feel when stepping through those office doors. I recommend this to anyone needing a cleaning or a couple of crowns. It’s worth it.
