The coffee shop was clean and the service friendly. The coffee taste is ok, the problem is there were a lot of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. I got an iced coffee with sugar free white chocolate.

Really great place. Great coffee, good sandwiches and good location. Brielle, one employee, is a gem! She knows my order once she sees me walking up and always has kind words and a genuinely positive attitude. People that make efforts to connect with the community really make a difference for me.

Love this place! Where else can you get two xtra big raspberry tea soy mistos for under 5 bucks!?! Plus they always taste awesomely perfect, unlike another chain I could mention, cough cough. Sure wish they would open locations in Seattle, we rarely make it near the South side, but it’s a must stop when we do. Thanks Cutters, we love you

I had a great Reese’s PB mocha with soy and did a lot of studying. It was a dessert coffee and I loved it. Lots of sugar and coffee motivation to work on my boring studies. Such a nice staff too. It was nice to go to a coffee shop that actually has decent sized tables to spread out and study!

The staff here is really nice and their coffee is so smooth! Hits the spot perfectly. So far I’ve tried a iced white chocolate mocha and a shortbread cookie frappé!

Hi Unilocalers, My regular coffee order is a 16oz soy white mocha, lightly sweetened. …and Cutters point gets it right every single time. I really appreciate a coffee shop that knows how to keep it consistent. No offence, Starbucks — but I’ve had a few drinks that weren’t up to par. My only wish is for them to open a location downtown because it seems like they only have locations in Des Moines and further South. Anywho, Cutters Point is definitely an easy 5 stars for me. The coffee has its own rich unique flavour, nothing like any other coffee shop I’ve been too. The baristas are always super friendly as well! This is hands down, my all time favorite coffee shop.

This Establishment is not open during the posted store hours. we Arrived at 530 after pressing the open now filter on Unilocal and when we arrived they were closed. we were on a time schedule so going out of our way to a closed shop was a little frustrating. Didn’t get to try their coffee so I can’t rate them. hopefully they can adjust their store hours before someone else falls from the false advertisements.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was«man this place is clean». The baristas were proactively cleaning. They were both welcoming and genuinely friendly. I went in on Friday and since then I have been back 3 times. My drink is always consistent with the taste no matter who is making it! Wonderful, fast and friendly service.

This is by far the best chill study coffee joint I have been too. I tend to come in early mornings and the employees are professional and welcoming. I like the atmosphere and the ambience of this coffee shop. It makes up for a local cultural feel open to diversity. Keep up the good vibe, great people attract best business clientele!!!

I enjoy coming here to get an ice white mocha, it’s my fave. The flavors that they have here are great. The only thing I would have to say that has been a negative to me every time I do come here is the service. The baristas are always so busy talking to their friends that they rush to finish my order to get back to their conversations with them… This has happened more than twice now. Maybe I’ll come at a much earlier time versus the evenings.

sooo I came back today and ordered a snickers mocha frappé and the hubby got the almond joy frappé. both were underwhelming… I still think this place is cool due to all the frappé choices they offer but I will only come back for just the coffee toffee crunch. Either way I’m glad I tried this place out again. oh yeah, the first time we came our drinks only came out to 6.00 which I thought was a steal of a deal… but today it was 8.00 which is just like starbucks… I probably came during a happy hour or something the first time.

I really do love the atmosphere here. It’s very warm and welcoming with an assortment of seating options for whatever fits your fancy. The coffee here is very good. They have a large selection of flavor profiles for you to choose from and the friendly staff is extremely happy to walk you through them. The pastries however, I have to say are completely blah, mediocre at best. I have a thing for pastries with my coffee and I have to say I’ve tried many things there and it’s all bad. The scones are crusty dry, the apple fritter was alright, and the banana bread tasted bland. But that’s okay, The atmosphere and coffee make up for it. Maybe I’ll discover a pastry there I like.
