Wow… I really can’t express my frustration with my experience today. I’ve been here loyally for the longest time since it’s convenient, and the prices are great. Here’s what happened today: My boyfriend and I pull up to the window(which was open at that time). Three girls stood there and was chatting away. We’ve said excuse me We’d like to order. No response. After a couple minutes a girl realized we were pulled up and takes our order annoyingly. No apology for our wait and asked what my boyfriend wanted, then briskly walked away before I could order my drink. I said, excuse me we also have another drink kindly. She takes my order and both our drink came out relatively fast. When paying, she handed me the clipboard without looking at us(continued talking to the other girls) and we had a question. The clipboard plopped into my hands and now they’re just being plain disrespectful. When she takes the clipboard back, she ran so fast to continue chatting and did not thank us. We had to stop them again to ask for stoppers. It took a bit to get their attention. Finally, after leaving the drive way, we both take a sip of our coffee and it was the blandest tasting coffee I’ve ever had. I’m sorry but even when I come at midnight with ONE worker, they seem to be MORE attentive than these three girls working together at 4pm. What the heck? Very poor customer service. They seemed bothered by us and so engulfed in their own conversations than being attentive to their customers.

The good thing about big foot Java is they are open 24hrs! I got my usually Americano. Tasted smooth and not burnt. Ask for light ice, because the drink is usually filled to top with ice.

I love Starbucks, but I almost feel like I love BFJ a little better! It was my first time so I didn’t really know what to order. I looked it up on Unilocal & the abominable white mocha seemed to be quite popular. Tried it & I love it! It’s made with powder instead of syrup which didn’t take away the coffee taste. I can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks!

The girls here are always putting their best attitude forward which is something you don’t expect in many drive-thrus. They’re almost always busy here, but it is worth it. They get creative with their coffee here, they have just about any syrup you would want available. It’s a little less than starbucks and you don’t gotta worry about SUPER crazy wait times. Check this place out!

First time. Just passing thru Washington. Due to RV, we had to walk up. The gal was very friendly. Quick service on my latte with extra shot and cup of drip. She took us between drive ups. Even knew the next car’s order as he pulled up. Good coffee, not weak.

I’ve been going to this big foot for a while I’ve never really had a problem with it until the last time I went. The drinks aren’t too bad but I do pay attention to the service. The service I received last time at this place was so bad I never want to come to this location ever again, the batista had such a bad attitude so me and my friends just left while she was making the drinks.

This location is so much better then the one I usually go too… Baristas seem more friendly and personable… The only downside is getting out of the parking lot if you want to turn left…

Love the double drive through but it’s kind of a tight squeeze when you’re trying to roll through with a big truck. I’ve aways been a fan of Bigfoot Java. I always get the Mythical Mocha over ice(though I need to get out of my comfort zone at some point and try a new drink) and my daughter loves their strawberry lemonade(with whip cream, of course). It’s truly a sweet tooth’s delight. Barista was very nice, and accommodating to my daughter’s request.

Tried many different small coffee shops; and this one is amaaazing. First of all, these girls are actually dressed up compared to the bikini baristas and I would rather see these girls! They are super friendly, and very good at recommending a good drink. So far recommended 2 different drinks and each time they were right. Prices aren’t bad. Very reasonable. Great service and coffee. It’s great to go somewhere with very beautiful girls who actually seem laid back! Highly recommend! !

As a Starbucks barista, I’ve always been curious what the hype surrounding BigFoot was about. Today, I made it my mission to find out. I’ve always wanted to try one of their flavored Red Bulls, but was disappointed to see it wasn’t even on the menu, for one, and none of their flavors are listed. For newcomers who want to have an idea of what they want by the time it’s time to order, good luck. I had also heard good things about the Mythical Mocha, but it’s literally caramel, white mocha, and more caramel. So basically, diabetes in a cup. Not my thing. When I got to the window, I told the barista it was my first time, and that I knew I wanted a flavored Red Bull but was lost beyond that. She was very nice and suggested a lot of options to me, but I finally just told her to come up with something for me — watermelon and raspberry flavored Red Bull. It turned out to be pretty good, but just SOSWEET. I didn’t finish all of it because it was just so much. For people who have a sweet tooth, this is an awesome place with great customer service. But for me… I just can’t.

THANKYOU for taking the flag down! I really appreciate that! Seahawks Fan’s and the Ladies and Gentleman of Seattle! This is NOT a version of the US Flag that should have EVER been made, sold and bought! It should NEVER be flying from a Flag pole outside! This is flying from a flag pole on a property outside of a «Bigfoot Java» in Kent, WA. Our flag is a symbol of America! It’s been bought for with Blood, Sweat and Tears! It is a representative symbol of our Great Country! Not a gimmicky symbol that is supposed to show representation of a Pro Football Team! I could go on and on about the true etiquette of «Old Glory»! Please take these down if you are flying one. Buy a real flag and fly the 12the man flag under the true American flag!, if you need to show your support not this Flag! US Army Veteran

I always come to this particular stand on Fridays to get drinks for myself & a couple coworkers. It’s hit or miss if the line is long, sometimes the wait time is a little frustrating but you learn to live with it. The girls are always friendly & energetic, so it makes the experience worth it.

Drive thru is a plus. Bigfoot being a double sided drive thru and and open 24 hours a double plus. But all pluses… end there. :(I have not tried their regular brewed coffee, so I can’t talk for that. But I have had the varied espresso drinks and blended drinks. Hoping… searching…for a better outcome. None would come! I don’t really know what the prob is. But when I order a non fat or two percent drink it tastes and feels like heavy cream, like THICK. And same goes for the blended drinks, you feel like your sucking on straw stuck in a hard scoop of ice cream… like…again…why so so creamy thick??? And in not a good way. Even if you carried a spoon with you(lol who would do that… maybe a spork tho.) to eat it like a milkshake, it leaves a weird layer of thickening agent all over your mouth… ugh! Why? And if you order a iced drink they FILL your cup with ice, so a 20oz is really like less then a 12oz. Just no. Now this hasn’t been a one or two time thing. I have given Bigfoot beyond many many chances, as they are located in a really easy off 167 exit. But even a bagel I ordered at 4:00AM…AM…it should be fabulously fresh right… no it was crumble fall into a tiny million pieces chew on chalk bagel. :(not happy. Oh and they are sloooooow. Sloooow extra emphasizing slow again. Slooooow. The good thing is that they are open 24 hours… and that comes in handy for many. I don’t think there any other 24hour drive thru coffee places in Renton area. I’ve Unilocaled it and if anyone reads this and knows of one… message me plz!!! So furthermore, I have given up on Bigfoot. No, I can’t take this whipping cream heaviness in my cup anymore!!! Ugh! This is what my bigwig boss salesman husband would call a shit sandwich. Lol. Start with the pluses, fill em up with the hard to swallow crap, then end with a positive note. Just lots of crap here this time…

The nutty yeti and mythological mocha are two of my favs I always get the 24 oz with an extra shot. My friend and I ALWAYS get a Bigfoot before a long car trip… Or a med length car trip… Or on the way into Redmond, lmao! It’s the happiest coffee on earth. Love love love.

Super duper friendly people. I love Washington. We had our puppies along for the ride and the wonderful barista had dog treats! Super awesome. I would definitely recommend. The coffee was good and the service was outstanding. Fast and friendly. Just the way I like it!

My favorite spot to stop by on the way to work! Love their drink menu. Catchy names to go with delicious drinks. My fave drinks are the Mythical Mocha or the Abominable White Mocha. The Mythical can be too sweet sometimes so I always ask for half the sweetness. The line can get long in the morning, so sometimes I skip coming here and just get coffee at work. What’s great is that the staff is super sweet, it’s open 24 hours, AND they have white coffee. Winning!

Needed somewhere that was open 24⁄7 and since there is no Starbucks on my route between Enumclaw and Bellevue after 10pm — I gave this place a try. Faux pas número uno — there is no direction(that I saw) that tells you to pull forward to order. Girl working was nice. Got a white coffee latte and it was meh(had a funky flavor to it) — next time I’ll just order my regular latte and see if it’s any better.

I work just down the street and I oftentimes work an INSANE schedule. It’s not uncommon for me to get off around 6:30 pm and have to be back at 4 am the next morning. I mange only through the use of feeding myself sugary snacks all day long and starting it off with so much caffeine. I’m generally a make my coffee at home person because I drink it strong and black, which I can do at home with decent beans just as easily as stopping somewhere… but, then there was the night my coffee pot broke. I pressed the button and NOTHING happened. and I had to be to work at 3:15 the next morning. Can you wake up and be productive at 2:30 am without coffee? I can’t. Luckily, this bigfoot is 24 hours. I decided to be frugal and order a coffee pot online, so it turned into a whole week of needing coffee at strange hours of the night/morning, and every time I drove through to get a simple drip coffee, the girls inside were friendly and cheerful. Was the coffee the best? No. Was it better than 7 – 11, which was my only all-hours alternative? Yes. One of my coworkers always comes by here to get an iced caramel macchiato and she loves that they ask when you order if you want it stirred or layered, which I guess is not a thing Starbucks offers so she loves that they mix all the syrupy sugar goo into her drink. Maybe the sugar/milk drinks are more their thing. I’ll still swing by C&P or Café Lladro before leaving my neighborhood if they’re open and I can’t make home coffee happen, but it’s good to know that I have 24 hour, drinkable coffee in times of disaster.
