Tacos Sinaloa, started due to the frustration of not having a good asadero style taqueria in the region, to be honest in the whole west coast are very rare or non existent, asadero means that everything should be grilled over flame to obtain that unique mesquite charr, everybody sells «asada» but in fact is bistec cooked over flat iron, the Orozco family teamed up and created a new project with the compromise of selling the best quality steaks with a Mexican touch in casual environment and accesible prices so everybody could enjoy a real Mexican carne asada.
