Allstate Insurance: Jerad Dennis

Very satisfied with my coverage, price, and the response time of the agent and his staff. Jerad’s staff is always prompt and friendly, I have never had anything less than a good experience. They care about what is important to me and it shows. Highly recommended.

I still haven’t made up my mind as to which package I’m going to choose (for an older friend overwhelmed & needing to cut costs — paying WAY too much for auto/​home the last several years), but of all the agents in her area, the young lady I talked on the phone with today was the most willing to go through all the options for discounts and extra riders and ways to save money while still going with a company that has a good reputation for not hassling customers or dragging things when it comes time to make a claim, and she explained everything straightforward and simple. So, while the quote today wasn’t the least expensive option, the customer service was so far and above for me just «shopping around» right now that I thought I’d add my kudos to the list. It’s really important to have someone local for her to talk to in person if she needs help & I’m not available, so far this agent has been the best of the list.

Was looking to lower my renters insurance. Jerusha Gray helped me out here. I was able to save $ 20 per month on that. Jerusha was SUPER helpful in getting this set up for me and it was a piece of cake. She even took care of getting all the proper paperwork (proof of insurance stuff) to my apartment management staff! She really made something I was afraid was going to be really complicated into something really easy to deal with!

Although we didn’t end up purchasing with Allstate, Jerusha (the customer service manager) still answered all of our questions and treated us with the utmost respect. It isn’t every day that, even not being a buyer, a business still goes out of their way to help someone.

Jerusha is a prime example of what customer service is all about. She’s very efficient, personable and does what she says she will do. She explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand which is very important when it comes to insurance. I highly recommend Jared Dennis Allstate and Jerusha for your insurance needs.

stay away. worst ins. company every dont waste your time or money $$$ they charge you more then any one around and a lady there name dora studer is a nightmare she send me emails that our crazy!!! i ask her to not call me or email and she will not stop… i even ask jerad if i could deal with another agent. that never happen so i moved on… i found out another allstate co. charges way less. never got my ins. cards dora acted like i work for her. you just dont treat people like that. if i could i would give them a minus 10 they were great until dora took over the company. ****even after i cancel my insurance with them … dora lied and sent me to collection saying i never cancel it? dora lied about everything i sold the car so why would i have insurance on it i am so glad i saved the nasty emails from them ?? **** in june 2014 cancel then started getting bills i contact dora 4 times i have all the emails and then you guys send me to collection for what my invisable car… if jerad owns this business why is dora handing all calls, email and so is rude too customers even my family ??
