My tenant had a few complaints about the cleaning the service provided before she moved in. I contacted 12 Clean and they were incredibly helpful coming out that very evening to get the missed few areas. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

I hired 12clean on 2 occasions, with a voucher. I will NEVER again use or recommend them. Their cost compared to the work performed and damage done to items in my home was certainly not worth it.

Solid cleaning crew. Punctual and Jessica and Blanca did great work. Our home was pretty clean to begin with but they brought it up to very clean in 2.5 hours.

ZERO… BUYER BEWARE… This was bought through a livingsocial deal. They started off more than an hour late and with only 30 min. left to go on time, owner calls and says they need 2 ½ more hours to finish… I had prioritized kitchen, bathroom and floors only… they had 2 woman and 3 hours… I saw they were packing up with my floors not swept, no vacuuming, master shower not cleaned, nothing dusted, and they simple left. I have done my whole house by myself in 3 hours… THIS IS A SCAM, please read reviews before purchasing, I wish I had.

I had them (2 ESL women) come in to clean a rental home that I was going to put up for sale. My regular cleaners were on vacation. The cleaning would have got them 3 or 4 stars. They did a pretty good/​thorough job in most of the house. Forgot to clean blinds and ceiling fans. The rest of the house was not badly done. Problem is that they stole a brand new step ladder from me. I had let them use it as it made reaching the higher cabinets and storage areas easier. I have high ceilings in this home. When I came back later on they had already left and my brand new step ladder was gone. I called the owner the next day and he told me some BS story about them leaving it in the garage. Impossible, the garage was locked. I would stay away from this company unless you lock everything down. Do not give them a key.

DO NOT USE 12 CLEAN THE WORST
I wish I had read the reviews before using them.
First they didn’t come to my home until 2:25 they started there clock at 2:00pm.(Spent a significant amount of time arguing over start time) I paid for 8 hours for 2 girls. They left early and called saying they needed an hour and a half for another $ 55. They worked 2 – 4:30 I later found out 3 girls came and that’s why they didn’t stay as long. My home was not clean and it was even left dirtier in some places then it was. Mind you I just bought my house. I moved in in July so there was not a lot that needed to be done. I asked that they help organize my closet fold and hang my clothes up. That was my main concern they folded a few things and pushed my clothes in the back of the closet hidden. They also took everything off of my counters in my master bathroom and shuved it into the drawers. My expensive mac makeup matchmaster which is $ 60 a bottle spilled all over. My eyeshadows broke into the drawer. It was just a mess. My floors were not swept or mopped. Dirt was all over them. They did however vacuum the living room and dining area that was all they did. They put all the dishes into the sink including paper cups that should go in the trash. My microwave was dirty. My cabinets had stains. I sent in pictures of all of this and they did not seem to care. I asked to speak to a supervisor and called a few time. Finally on my third time I was able to reach Tommy. He said he was aware of the situation. Yet he never reached out to call me to rectify the situation. I ask what are they going to do about my makeup and everything. Tommy asks what do I want. I say either not to be charged or have someone comeout and fix it and I say I may need my mac foundation replaced. It spilled all over other costly products as well. We schedule for someone to come back out and clean. I send an email attempting to clarify what will be done in my home and highlighting the things from the 49 point check list that were not done. Including:
Bathrooms

1) Sinks thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and sanitized
2) Countertops and backsplashes cleaned
3) Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
4) Tub and/​or shower tiles thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and sanitized

17) Cabinet fronts wiped down or dusted
18) Vacuum, wash, and mop floors
19) Small appliances wiped
20) Exterior of large appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stovetop) cleaned, (interior cleaned upon request-​please ask for details)
22) Baseboards dusted
23) Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I was getting ready to purchase on groupon. I called because I had questions. I was then offered 8 hours for the same price (plus tax). Groupon was a flat $ 159 but he offered more hours so I went ahead and booked and provided my credit card number. THE WORST POSSIBLE THING I COULD HAVE DONE. This company is a scam. I am going to report the charged to my bank as they did not deliver what was promised. I wish I could attach photos to this. It’s terrible what was done to my home. They basically vacuumed folded some towels and ran off with $ 175.00 for 2 hours of work.
I have been calling to speak with Tommy the supervisor multiple times. They do not answer my calls. They probably know its me from the caller id. Tommy wanted to send the same girls out to my home for me to confront them about the damage they did. I said I do not want the same people in my home who disrespected my house and my property. He said if they are being accused of something they need to be confronted. I said show them the pictures of the spilled makeup I sent you. He said they need to see it in person. Mind you I already cleaned the mess. This is the worst customer service and cleaning experience I have ever had. He laughed in my face over the phone and took my complaints as a joke. I asked to speak to the owner he said he will not give out that information but she is already aware of the situation.

ZERO STARS. THIS IS A SCAM, trust me, DO NOT DO IT. You will me disappointed, and out money.

Do not use this company. Terrible job cleaning my house. Even managed to clog a toilet and it overflowed then left it for me to discover!

I was going to go through Groupon, but called the company directly and got the same deal. Certainly, the truck has the company name and the $ 159 deal.
Andrea and Cecy came to the house and used my supplies and vacuum at my request. (I do note that I had told the lady with whom I scheduled the appointment — not a man like other reviewers — that I would provide a vacuum and supplies, yet the poor ladies lugged their vacuum and supplies up the incline and stairs.) They were extremely diligent and did a thorough job — and only used bleach in the trash cans as I asked. Both ladies were at the home from around 8 am to noon, so we’re talking the equivalent of 10 woman hours work.
For the price of the cleaning, they are phenomenal!
[Note: I have not yet seen bank charges. If I’m overcharged, I will definitely update the review. Also, if you need something sanitized, say «sanear» (pronounced saw nay ar) or «desinfectar» (pronounced des een fec tar). While the infinitive form, your Spanish-​speaking cleaner should understand.]

Horrible horrible service. Cleaning was OK but not up to the standard that I was paying for. They sent 2 people, one of which spent half the time talking on their cell phone. They always showed up unannounced even though they promised to provide a call 30 minutes in advance. On top of this, I was charged for a cleaning that never took place and when I called to have this resolved the manager told me that I would still have to be charged a cancellation charge even though i never requested the service to begin with. He took the notes in his system over my word and essentially called me a liar. After 20 minutes it was still not resolved and I will be disputing the charge through my credit card company. Overall AWFUL customer service and mediocre cleaning quality.

I spoke with a receptionist to schedule my 1^st introductory clean– which was $ 159 for 6 hours and turned out to be $ 170 after tax (and they were here for 3 ish). I’m not giving them a poor review because they did a bad job cleaning– I’m giving them a poor review because their customer service is extremely poor. I asked how much it would be for a light monthly cleaning and they quoted me the same price, nonchalantly, as the introductory clean!!! (after keeping me on hold for 10 minutes) I mentioned that was the same price as the introductory and she didn’t care and said «Ya.» I then said: «But this would be less work and less hours» and she said «Ya»… And nothing else. Not impressed!!! You would think they would keep a client that wants to do business? I guess not.

RIP OFF!!! They should be receiving NO STARS for the way we were treated. This business is shady and the people running it are liars. We were charged additional fees after specifically stating we do not want any extras multiple times (on the phone when scheduling, over text, and via a note left at the house). The additional charges were not approved, instead just charged to our card. The manager, Tommy, was incredibly rude and said ‘too bad’ when we asked him about the extra fees. If this is how they treat their customers, I wonder how they treat their employees? Don’t support this business!

Buyer Beware!
I bought a voucher for 6 hours of housecleaning and just got a headache! We are remodeling and only needed a superficial clean. I told Amy this on the phone and that we did not want any other services. She confirmed. They sent a text on their way to the house to clean and again asked if I wanted any add on services. I responded thank you but NO. At the house I left a detailed note explaining this yet again (I have pictures to prove it) and clipped the tip to the note. The tips were gone so one must assume they saw the note.
I looked at my bank today and was charged an additional $ 80 which I called about. The supervisor Tommy was rude and basically laughed at me as I see he has done to others on here. He said that is how they do it and told me I was the one with bad information, totally ignoring the massive amount of evidence showing I knew exactly what I was asking for.
He told me that my mother (the person who let the cleaners in our house) instructed them to clean all of the cabinets and drawers (which were ALREADY cleaned by us). She did not say that as she only was there to let them in. In fact she told me that neither of the maids that were there spoke English when she tried to ask how they were doing. Also, I never received a call asking for approval to perform additional services at that or any point.
On top of all this I had them scheduled to come out on Friday to clean my mom’s unit too but had to cancel due to lack of faith in this company.
Long story short. They are making their money by being deceptive and overcharging! I will be actively working with the Attorney General and the BBB in the hopes of bringing their unsatisfactory and illegal business practices to light.
Take notice 12clean! You may think you are getting away with it but you are in for a big surprise! You won’t be sweeping THIS one under the carpet!

We used them for move-​out cleaning and it was great! The place was spotless and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I have never used a housekeeping service before. But now I am hooked and will use these awesome ladies cannot believe how clean my house is

My house has never been this clean! The quality of work is superior to any other cleaning company I have ever used. I rarely hire house cleaners as I just cannot afford it but after this experience I am doing it once a month! The cleaners were professional, nice, on time and extremely thorough. I initially was drawn in by Living Social but found a much better deal on their website. Response time was immediate. I just kept walking from room to room amazed at all they did. We have three boys and a dog but you would never know! Thank you 12clean! One happy customer!

I brought the «move out package» for my new tenants. They did an amazing job, including washing my garage, and all appliances. For $ 270, it’s a bargain. Most definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future. They are polite and very hard working. Exceeded all expectations. Truly a deep house cleaning service company you can trust. They also stayed an extra hour to make sure the job was well done.
