Snap-on owns 75% of Mitchell 1. I contacted Snap-on because of an issue I had with Mitchell 1. I tried the Mitchell 1 on Demand in September 2013 on a trial period and cancelled within the 30 day period. I was very unsatisfied with the product and service. I was contacted by a salesman who apologized for the issues and suggested we try it again. No indication or communication was made by the salesman that there would be any new trial period or that we were re-entering into any subscription and I did not sign anything at that time. An automatic payment came out of my checking account for in the amount of $ 262.30. I talked with Mitchell customer service and wrote to the contract review committee with no success. A Snap-on agent agreed to try to help but again without success. This is an unethical way to run a business. Snap-on on supposedly prides themselves on honesty and integrity.
