Description

Specialties

Appliance repair servicing washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, and dishwashers. Also specializing in dryer vent cleaning (up to 30 feet). Stay local, save money, and support the little guy whose prices are always fair and reasonable. To demonstrate trust worthiness, I elected to take and subsequently passed a background check on April 5th, 2011. I am also, of course, Bonded and insured.

We do same day service when ever possible, offering later hours and Saturdays, if necessary. Servicing almost all brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Premier, Kitchenaid, Jennair, Magic Chef, Amana, White Westinghouse, Tappan and GE. Also servicing the high-end brands such as Viking, Wolf, Dacor, Bosch, Fisher Paykel, DCS, and Thermador.

My customers love, that unlike most appliance repair techs, I actually take my time, listen to their concerns and further explain what happened, why it happened, and what, if anything, can be done to avoid it happening again.

History

Established in 2010.

I’ve worked for bigger companies for years servicing fitness equipment and doing appliance repair. I basically got sick of how they would overcharge and under service, meaning the customer service and just plain old caring went out the window. It was cramming as many calls in a day as they could to where as a tech, I didn’t have the time to give the customer the attention and concern each deserved.

So, I decided to give it a go on my own, got myself a work van, got bonded and insured and struggled a bit at first, but had the peace of mind of being able to give that much needed time and attention to each customer and their unique situation, and not have to rush through jobs and brush people and their concerns off. So, I can’t complain, it’s been great, and I’ve met a lot of really nice people out in the field. Unlike some service repair businesses, I truly appreciate each and every customer who could have called that bigger company but chose to call me instead.

Business Owner

I’ve gotten great feedback, and lots of referrals because of my attention to detail and my personable demeanor from dealing with not only the customers themselves, but simple things like noticing and/or petting their dog instead of demanding they put it away. As a father, husband and owner of 4 dogs myself I know how important it is taking the time to recognize the dynamics of what is going on in the household. For example it’s recommended by the National Fire and Safety board that a dryer vent be cleaned annually, however it’s further recommended to have it cleaned more often in households with larger families, specifically those with pets.

I’m from the old school, I seem to remember a time when business owners actually knew their customers by first name and appericated their business, greeted them with a smile, asked about their kids or pets and THAT is why I stand out from the rest.
