They have been my go to plumbers after my recent home purchase about 2.5 years ago. After much internet surfing checking out local companies and prices, I’m glad I chose Drains R Us. Mike (plumber) is a great guy with a lot of experience and the company has very good prices.
I can get a hold of them any time of the day or night. Last night my basement backed up just a bit. Glad I caught it when I did — was doing laundry. Called Drains R Us at almost 11pm and they set me up for 11am the next morning.
Needed to have my basement drain cleaned out. Had some roots and other junk in there. Home was built in 1960, so that is to be expected I guess. I always hate spending money on this stuff, but when I do I want it done right and at a fair price.
House also did not have shut-​off valves installed for any of the sinks (kitchen or bathrooms), so I had them put in too but at a previous visit.
