History

Established in 2013.

Culinary Infusion, the formal catering division of the former L & M Meats, provides the same great quality food and service that the community has come to know and expect, but with a contemporary twist.

Meet the Business Owner

Keith M.

Business Owner

A life-​long resident of Kenosha, Keith has been an active businessman and entrepreneur in his community. After joining the family business, L&M Meats, in 1975, Keith worked to grow from a butcher shop to a highly acclaimed catering business, being voted #1 Kenosha’s «Best of» the past three years.

Having the opportunity to work under chefs from both Chicago and Milwaukee, Keith heightened his culinary skills, leading to the launch of the company’s formal catering division, Culinary Infusion, in March 2013.

In March 2014, Culinary Infusion finished renovations on the former PLAV in harborside Kenosha and opened the company’s first premier event venue, named Circa on Seventh.

Keith has been recognized by numerous local organizations for his work including receiving the «Helping Hands Award» by the Kenosha Boys & Girls Club, the «Beautification Award» from the Kenosha Chamber of Commerce for the work done at Circa on Seventh, and several other prestigious nods.
