I feel like I am just repeating what everyone else has to say, but Shawn is awesome! Sometimes trying to explain a issue to a repair person can be problematic. He recognizes that I am not a techie, so he dumbs down his terminology so that we are able to communicate effectively to address the problem. I always worry about having to take my computer somewhere for service or assistance, but I am sure I will never have to stress about him having my computer and its files. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Definitely my go-​to guy for computer issues!

Shawn had my laptop fixed quickly and at a fair price. So happy. My laptop runs like new!

Very good service. Shawn is very knowledgable about computers and the pricing is very reasonable.
My computer kept shutting off randomly and I thought it was because my battery needed to be replaced so I took it to Batteries Plus. They said that it wasn’t the battery and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so they recommended I take my laptop to Wintech and I did. I got my computer back within 2 business days and everything was good as new. Shawn was very good about explaining what was wrong and what he did to fix it even though I didn’t understand most of what he said. I will definitely be taking my computer to Wintech for all my future services.

If you have a problem with your computer this is the place to go. Shawn is fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair priced. He gives you great advice to keep your computer running and answers questions. He’s a nice guy, who you can trust to fix your computer. I highly recommend Wintech!

My laptop has been in the shop twice now within the past few months. The first time was due to a screen problem and for that we took it to Cline Communications which was a mistake (read here:
). When my computer was recently infected with a virus we decided to go to Wintech and have them do the work after calling around and getting estimates from different places. We brought it in on Friday, they said that it would be done by either Tuesday, or Wednesday, and sure enough it was finished on Tuesday and I was able to pick it up the next day. They were even nice enough to update some of my software and install Microsoft Security Essentials. This place is a world away from the disaster that is Cline Communications. I think we’ll be going to them again if we need it (but hopefully we won’t need it). Check ‘em out!

Shawn is not only a great technician, he will also do what he can to save you a buck. His knowledge of PC problems continues to advance even higher, since he is smart and interested in his chosen field. This is the only place I go when things go over my head.
