Came to town to visit a good customer and deliver parts, driving through town The Pub caught my eye. Great layout, clean bar, good service, and the most perfect bar pretzel I’ve ever had. Well done to the owner and staff at The Pub, my server this evening was top notch and deserves a huge pat on the back for a job well done, THANKYOUMICHELLE!!!

As usual bad service, mediocre atmosphere. This place is for people with little to no expectations. I went 8 months without coming here and decided to give it another shot, still subpar. Thanks for nothing.

A fun party place. There are flatscreen TVs EVERYWHERE. We were able to watch the Seahawks no matter where we looked.(And there were other college and professional games on other TVs as well.) Drinks were good, food was good, service was a bit spotty, given that this place is HUGE and people move around quite a bit. I think the waitstaff did as well as they could given the challenges. The shuffleboard area is just OK. The shuffleboard itself is worn and not level. It could use some refurbishing. There is also a pool table area.

The Pub was awesome last nite: VodooAlley at its best, race boat notables, and attentive wait staff. Thanks for a great evening.

Came in to have dinner at 5:00pm on a Sunday night. The waitress was quick and we asked for menus and ordered our drinks. She came back with he menus and then told us they didn’t have a cook and fried food was the only option. We would not have ordered drinks if we knew that. We asked for water and never got it. Horrible service, it’s so sad because we have had good food there in the past.

Been here a few times(lack of options) this is by far my worst experience. Sat around for at least 20 minutes before I was acknowledged(I flagged down a server) she explained I was not in her area, but helped me anyway. She pointed out my waitress, about 30 minutes later, once again after I flagged her down, she helped. I ordered food, it was fine, nothing to brag about. Finally settling in, I order a second drink, I am now required to $ 5 because a band showed up to play music. WTF!!! Every other establishment would have grandfathered me in and not charge a cover. This place is rediculouse, but unfortunately I will come back.(Again, Lack of options) I need to get back to a city.

Food was completely terrible – a Philly from frozen ‘steak’ shavings and a cheap white cheese sauce on a craptastic white bun, and they charged $ 10. Beer was expensive too, and when I voiced my discontent, I was ignored. I’m from out of town and called twice during the next week to speak to a manager, who was always out and never returned a call. Awful!

SLOW!!! I really want to like this place, especially after they did some remodels. But come on– 20 minutes to get 3 tacos during taco Thursday lunch? Really? I cut them some slack when it is packed for a big game, but lately it’s been terrible. The staff seem more interested in chatting with friends or co-workers than actually working. They have better food than Sam’s Saloon, but Sam’s has WAY better service.

I lived in the famed Tri-Cities, well, my friends there labeled it «bi-cities and Tijuana, but I regress. This was my favorite hangout of mine. The atmosphere was your typical sports bar but what I liked about it was its diverse customer base. You’ll have groups in their 50’s playing darts with a young group in their 20’s and getting along great. Where else can you get free peanuts and spill the shells on the floor? I never ate here and am sorry that I missed trying their tacos from what I’ve read here. The staff was great and their drinks were very fairly priced. Well, any bar drink was priced fairly in Tri Cities after paying Seattle prices. Many a good time spent here while I lived here.

We visited the pub after attending a wedding in tri cities. We are from out of town, spokane, staying the night here and looking for a place to have a few drinks and relax for the night. The second we walked in the bartender was unfriendly and unwilling to wait on us at a table. There were fewer than 8 people in the bar but still refused table service at only 8pm. On top of that he immidiately announced he would be last calling in around an hour so we knew our stay was short. We ordered pitchers and shots which were very much ubderpoured. The only time we finally were given good service is when we announced we were all bartenders from downtown spokane. We kept our stay short but when we asked for the tab, knowing the specials for the day, we were not charged those prices. As if we wouldn’t notice since we weren’t from town. On top of these things after leaving we realized the bartender never gave us our debit card back that we had kept our tab on. On foot, we had to walk a mile both ways to retrieve the card. Disappointed in the only real bar open to us for the night.

Bad service! My wife and I sat for over 15 minutes with only a handful of other customers, yet still could not get any service. The 3 people on staff were too busy socializing to be bothered with customers. Finally we walked out. Months later we decided to give it a try again after buying a coupon via . Only to have the Pub refuse to honor the coupon they sold me. The ownership and staff here are completely indifferent to customers. I am done with this place and will not be returning. Much better places in Tri-Cities with better atmosphere and way better service to spend my money at. I could not recommend this place to anyone.

Average at best and not really what I’d call memorable but I’ll go back again b/c it’s the best dive in Kennewick. Now fix the damn dishwasher, there was crud all over my glass. And what gives w/$ 7.50 for a Bushmills neat? Come on The Pub!!!

Setting: a slow Tuesday night at the diviest dive in town. Characters: Two waitresses plus a bartender, and 4 other customers in the joint. Plot: We walk in, perch ourselves on two barstools at a table adjacent to the bar, and like we’re in some sociology experiment we wait as 20 minutes go by without anyone asking us if we’d like a drink. I even got up to help myself to some popcorn at the self-serve machine and that did get us a glance our way, but nothing else. We continue to wait and giggle at the horrendous service when one of the servers has her family and friends walk in. They sat next to us and overheard us talking and clued her in to our irritability so she broke free from her socializing and took our orders. My friend asked her if this was a BYOB place. That got us a «look.»

I just needed to get something in my stomach so I could sleep for the night. The tacos were amazing. I don’t know how bar tacos end up tasting so good, but they were better than«authentic» restaurant tacos. The sauces were also incredible. I’m guessing the chef is Mexican. But who reviews tacos at a bar? Very good beer selection on tap. I tried a Washington local brew. Prices are a bit high here — just a bit — but you get good quality. As others have said, it’s a huge place. I was here on a Tuesday so it looked empty, but if they can fill up all that space on a weekend, I bet it’s rocking. Thumbs up to whoever my bartender was, she was mixing multiple drinks at one with both hands. I enjoyed watching her go. Very professional place overall, despite looking like a converted barn from the inside. I’d return.

We were looking for a place after work to hang out for a while and decided to go here on a Monday night. The location is fine; lots of room, lots of pool tables and people were milling around. I ordered a Lucille’s IPA that they had on tap, which was excellent. I also ordered the fish and chips which was very mediocre. About what we expected. As far as the service though, this place was horrible. Whoever the bartender was that was serving everybody looked like she hated her life, Which is fine except for she treated everybody that way too. She acted annoyed every time she came to see if things were okay or to take our order. I can’t say I can ever recall having someone so rude that is a server! It certainly put us off that place. Needless to say we won’t be coming back here on our trip to Tri-Cities.

Made it here with some friends on a Friday night. The joint is pretty huge and has a looOOoooooOng bar! They also had a fair selection of brews on tap. Most people were chilling out in the front area(where most of the tables are). In the back there are a few pool tables and more seating — it’s huge back here(I’ve heard there have been bands here, and I imagine they must set up back here). Our server was nice and didn’t let us see the bottom of our glasses. We were a bit hungry, so we ordered some food. Mainly fried fare was available when we were here. It was decent, not great. I’ve heard/seen this place host events(i.e. Mardi Gras Night, St. Patrick’s Day, WSU games, etc.), and this place can get pretty jam-packed. Can’t wait to give this place another visit.
