This place is great! Been going here for years. The food is not just great, but consistent. The staff is very friendly. Hard to walk out without an extra tub of marionberry cream cheese!

This used to be a favorite place for my lunch. I stopped going about a year after they stopped cleaning. The window blinds are so disgusting. I don’t want to eat my lunch and look at that. They need to put some of their profits into maintaining the restaurant. It is old, tired and very dirty.

With all the bad customer service reviews you’d think they’d do something about it. I give this place a BIG. Care about your customers and it pays off! A no-brainer!

I agree with many of the other reviews on here. The bagel I got was very good and worth coming back for. However the service was downright rude(not just to me, to all the other customers I saw the two ladies talking to) and pretty offputting. I might drop by again because the bagels were good, but service is important.

Worst customer service in tri cities! It’s ok to be nice to people, I promise we won’t bite… if I treated people the way you do at my job I would be fired! Your lucky the owners must like you…

This place is terrible. Doughy, soggy bagels and the people there will promise you whatever and just figure it out later. Ordered a dozen NY salt bagels as a tester for a larger, regular order, and any podunk baker should know to use the proper quality ingredients. Instead, they literally dunked plain bagels in a bucket of table salt. They were quite literally uneatable and even my most food-accepting tester couldn’t even swallow the first bite due to the quality and the flavor. I am sure that the only reason they remain in business is because they are west of the Mississippi.

We make frequent trips through the drive through. Always quick and fresh! Had an opportunity to finally bring the kids in this morning to sit and eat. Very kid friendly spot and my sausage bagel sandwich was delicious!

I want to give it 5 stars for the bagels, but 1 to zero stars for the service and coffee. The staff CANNOT make espresso drinks(latte, mocha, etc) do don’t even try. The last time I was there, the two employees acted as if I was rudely interrupting something. I was charged for 7 bagels, I guess it’s my bad it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they forgot one of them. I felt like I had to get out of there fast so that they could get back to whatever they were doing before that I so hastily and rudely distracted them from.

Great bagels! We always stop in when we are on this side of town. Staff is great and even when they are insanely busy they are still super friendly. Try a turkey bagelwich they are so good. My favorite bagel is cranberry orange with cranberry orange cream cheese.

Stopped by this morning for my breakfast sandwich. Always great food and fresh bagels(which is the only reason I keep going). The customer service is always mediocre, unless they know you, they aren’t very outgoing or seem to appreciate your business. The place is old and dirty on both the inside and outside. It could definitely use a makeover, and I’m almost positive the business would take a turn for the better if they did some simple up keep. All in all, this probably isn’t some place you’d go for a nice breakfast. It’s some place you’d stop by real quick on your way to work.

Took N for Some Bagels this am(pun intended). He ended up with a ham, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich with a butterfinger iced coffee while I treated myself with a toasted dill bagel topped with salmon cream cheese. The girls working took hardly any time at all to create these lil pieces of heaven. I ordered an Almond Joy iced coffee but wasn’t too impressed — N’s coffee was better. We both enjoyed our orders. Upon arrival the two ladies were playing cribbage at one of the booths but quickly got up and greeted us. We were the only customers in the place. While sitting down, they did have two cars through the driv-thru that they attended to quickly. The inside is dated, has older booths, and a mismatched table; they have placed a red shelf unit for children’s books, children’s artwork lines the back wall, and they have high chairs available. Although heir signs are written in light chicken scratch on napkins/wax paper, this little hole in the wall seems like a wonderful place to being your little ones. Overall, it’s a very down to earth place with delicious bagels. They even have day old bagels and small containers of cream cheese you can purchase for at home pleasures.

Was craving a breakfast bagel. Stopped here on my way through town, and was pleasantly surprised! Ordered a veggie sandwich on a dill bagel. YUM! Veggie flavored cream cheese was a great consistency, not too drippy to eat in my car.(Sometimes veggie bagels can be an absolute sloppy mess.) There was a .25 fee for using my debit card, which irks me, but my bagel was less than $ 4. The lady @ drive thru was pleasant, and gave me a scrap piece of ham for my Boston terrier. I will visit again!

The bagels are great. There is usually some variety. They always seem pretty fresh. The staff isn’t very friendly at all. I don’t think I’ve ever even seen a smile from any of the ladies working here. I work very close to here and I would go more often if it was more of a welcoming place. An update: There is a new woman working there. I do not enjoy seeing her. She has messed up on my order the few times I’ve seen her. She’s not friendly. She doesn’t even bother saying«Thank you». The bagels aren’t that special that I need to put up with rude people with zero customer service skills. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I give Some Bagels 4 stars for their bagels and coffee, but 2 – 3 for service. I love that I’m getting a deal for my breakfast. I can get a bagel or bagel sandwich with coffee for the same price as a latte at Starbucks. And their bagels are fantastic. So far my favorite has been the Cranberry Orange toasted with regular cream cheese. So what about that service? I’ve typically used the drive thru because I woke up late and now I’m getting something before work, so this review can’t speak to service inside the building. However that being said I rarely get a smile or a ‘good morning.’ The ladies that have been at the window almost seem annoyed that I’m there. I do my darndest to win them over, so we’ll see if I’m successful. Even this morning I overheard one talking to another employee about my order as if I was burdening her. Sad, I really like this place and I’m the opposite of high maintenance. Despite my experiences at the drive-thru they offer great products and they have established themselves in the Tri-Cities. You know they’re doing something right when they are busy every morning.

Wow! There is NOTHING I love more when it comes to bagels is an AWESOME local bagel place, and this is it! I love the bagel sandwiches. The staff — Well they didn’t seem very interested in their job, but it is what it is — and the 5 stars is based on my love of bagels!

If you don’t like bagels, go outside and look at the sign again, because that is all they got. Ok, for those of you that DO like bagels, this place is awesome. Fresh bagels are one of my favorite breakfasts, and these guys make some pretty good sandwiches for lunch too. My last time in I had their big monster thing they make.(Been a bit since I been in, think it is called a Bagwood after Dagwood Bumstead’s huge sandwiches.) Triple cut bagel with ham and turkey and swiss and cream cheese and sprouts. Taller than a Big Mac and SOOOO much tastier. And you can put it on ANY flavor of bagel they have in store, which is a ton. I went with the cheddar, cuz I love my cheese folks. Their coffee isn’t bad either, which goes great with their blue berry bagels in the am. Seating is all inside and it is old diner booth style. Very comfy. In addition to a few copies of the daily paper there are books scattered around. Nice easy relaxing morning place. I gotta agree with Crys, avacado would be good. But I still love this place, been a Tri City fav for a long time, cuz they do good. I am gonna withhold a star cuz I am a cheapskate, and I think they charge a bit much.
