Riverside Collision

The only place I will take my car for auto body repairs. The service is amaizing. Our van got rear ended so we had it towed to Riverside. We were able to get in before they opened because the owner Mike went above and beyond to meet us before they opened and we were able to get our supplies and parts out of the van. Wow! Was very impressed with their level of customer service. I had received a free quote for work on my car a few months back. However, decided to hold off on it as my car is quite old. The quote was reasonable and what I would expect for a passenger door dent (essentially it needed a replaced door and paint to match). Now, I was back again and this time trying to fix a dent in my Trailblazer so we could sell it. They gave me a quote for labor only as I didn’t need the door painted (small job) and it was fixed within a day even though they are booked up for 3 weeks. They were able to fit it in between other larger jobs. When I picked it up I was thoroughly impressed with the quick service and they cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle. It had needed some TLC like that so we really appreciated it and wanted to share the good news on Unilocal.enjoy!
A couple tips:
If you just drop in, their adjuster takes a lunch break around 12−1p so you may want to call ahead to make sure you can wait to get a quote. If you can drop off your vehicle, they do have ‘runners’ that can give you a ride locally if needed.

I had a wonderful experience with Riverside Collision! They were honest with their estimates and the estimates were FREE, even though I had them do an additional estimate for some other work on the car. The estimator also provided suggestions for solutions to help keep costs low… and they were already the lowest cost estimate I had gotten. They took great care of my car and when I got it back, it was like new! I would trust Riverside Collision with any of my vehicles and will not hesitate to use them again if I need paint or body work done in the future. Thank you, Riverside Collision!

Had the wife’s car repaired after an accident and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The repair were done to perfection and were done much faster than anticipated.

What can I say, this place is shady!!! I highly recommend to go somewhere else. They told me estimates are free when I called and told them exactly what the damage was to my car. I drove an hour to get there and the rude lady in the front office told me I will be charged a minimum 1 Hr. Labor. They are rude and treat customers horrible.
