I didn’t come here for Tires or repairs. WORD ON THE STREET is that they are selling some fantastic Bar B Que sauce for a local person who made it here in Tri-​Cities. I went there just to get the Bar B Que sauce. IT WAS DELICIOUS! It did wonders for some pork ribs that are good when you cook them but are horrible as leftovers. Well, in the leftover stage, I poured the Bar B Que sauce on my leftover pork ribs and it was great!
I’m not sure if this is the only store selling the sauce, or if the other two stores are selling it, too.
No place to park an RV.
I came here in a rental car.

Best tire place ever! Fast, polite, professional, and personable service from my first phone call to the actual tire installation. Wish I could take the entire place along with the employees and transplant them to California where I’m headed. Price is very competitive, employees are super nice and knowledgeable, and when I explained we were moving that day, they had our tires changed quickly. Thank you so much!

Horrible place to take your vehicle! Shop is dirty, they got grease on my carpet and headliner! Guys behind counter are rude and arrogant, especially the older bald guy that kept informing everybody he was the owner

While on tour, our band’s vehicle ran into some issues with a misfire. We ran the codes ahead of time so we knew which cylinder was the problem. We stopped into Perfection, and they immediately got to work replacing the coil and plug. Dan and the guys were friendly and personable. They also checked the tires, bearings and fluids. They re hitched our trailer and got us back on the road in no time… No hassle whatsoever. This town is lucky to have guys like these. We’ll always have a spot in the guest list for them!

AWESOME people. We were on day two of our 6 day drive while moving to Texas. We had three kids under 5 and two dogs in our car and just needed to get back on the road. Our uhaul trailer got a flat tire and another store in town told us 4 hours to fix it. The owner of Perfection Tire told us to come down and they’d fix it. We were in and out in a half an hour. He even wrote on our receipt that Uhaul should reimburse us for the tire since it had been unsafe. We are beyond grateful to them. Good people.

Here’s what I love about Perfection Tire.. They are fast, friendly and offer reasonable rates which are all fantastic.. But what I love is if you take your car in for a tire rotation and they see something isn’t working right, say your door sticks or your window isn’t functioning right, they will likely fix it and it isn’t until later you notice it’s fixed and you weren’t even charged. That’s what I love. They offer true commitment to their customers. Plus, Dan Nelson, the manager is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Camp Patriot. Way to pay it forward guys!

I brought my car here after my alternator went out. My alternator was under warranty and the staff was more then helpful in telling the documentation needed to utilize it, and that I would only be liable for the cost of labor. They went to NAPA for me and picked up the part. They were communicative, and beyond helpful with everything. My alternator went out two weeks later due to a defective part and I lost my invoice. I was back in UT so I could not bring the car back to them. I called them and they were able to give me all the information. I wished I lived in Kennewick so I could continue to use them.
