After a lot of shopping around — we decided to use Crawfords. Boy are we happy! They took a basically destroyed front bench seat and created a MASTERPIECE! And the price was fantastic, too!

Called them around noon to get a quote and had to leave a message as nooned answered. The other businesses in the area gave me quotes that day. I took my business to a guy that had a very good bid at 4:30 that day. Mr. Crawford called me back at 8:15 the next day. I thanked him for his call and informed him we went elsewhere. He called me back 5 minutes later using MANY sweat words, cussing me out for not giving his business a chance. I’m persuaded to go with another business for all future upholstery needs. It’s sad when local businesses feel they have to treat potential customers this way. I hope they were just having a bad day.
